룸컨디션은 사진보다 좋았으며, 욕조 및 샤워시설과 따뜻한 물의 사용은 매우 편리하였습니다. 암스테르담 도보 7분 거리와 트렘 을 이용하기 좋은 위치 입니다 기회가 되면 다시 숙소를 사용하고 싶습니다 ( 디럭스룸 스위트룸 )

Estadia maravilhosa , estávamos com mais 2 casais de amigos e fomos muito bem recepcionados, café da manhã muito variado , quartos limpos e organizados. Hotel muito bonito.

Beautiful 170 year old architecture. Kind of a maze to get around. Unexpected very nice wellness center. Food was good. Very nice staff. Good location.

Do not even attempt to stay here if you plan on ever leaving your hotel room and hoping your items will be where in your room on your return. As someone that tracks his every movement as well as all his items, I left my hotel room Saturday morning at around 11.09 to go walk around the city and take a tulip field tour, as I was walking out the attendant that refills the mini fridges was just about to knock on my door to bring in some waters, perfect I let him and walked out. Upon my return at 22.36 I go to put my change from the day in my backpack and notice it’s not in the chair I had left it on, that’s odd, so checked around the room and low and behold, it’s not there anymore. I go down to the front desk and mention that my bag is missing and while there was some concern they honestly seemed like they couldn’t be bothered and just handed us the address to the local police station to go file a report, which we did. At the police station I realised I have a tracker on my backpack and laptop and find where it is, it’s not at the hotel, but at another hotel a few kms away and family back at the Amrâth find out that their cleaners are subcontracted, seems pretty fishy to me. Through all of this, the stuff was extremely useless, lethargic and just gave us the run around. My passport was in the stolen backpack and we were scheduled to leave the next morning, which was obviously not happening, so now I’m stuck in Amsterdam and I keep discovering more stolen items. Guest beware!

Was ok but expensive

We thoroughly enjoyed the spa - very luxurious.

Breakfast was available with lots of choices. Rating hotel five stars seems a stretch. Main elevator broke down room layout presented tight fit getting out of bed. Facility was clean. Wellness spa was not crowded and seemed clean. Menu could be expanded but food was very good. Location near train station but with luggage more of a taxi ride.

Staff we're great, fantastic location yet still quiet, massive bedrooms, lovely breakfast.

Nice big rooms. Very clean all round. Amazing comfortable king size bed. I loved every bit of my stay and will be happy to return whenever I visit Amsterdam again.

Idéalement situé au centre-ville et près de la gare centrale Le Spa est un plus appréciable après de belles journées de marche ou de balade à vélo Tout le monde est très aimable. Le bâtiment art déco donne l’impression de se balader dans un épisode d’Hercule Poirot. Dommage que le petit déjeuner ne soit pas inclus au vu du prix de la chambre.

Lovely staff, the bar was a bit on the pricey side, room was clean and spacious

This is a terrible hotel. We arrived at 9 PM on the day of our stay. We had booked a room for two people with the expectation of getting a room with two single beds, but this option was not available during booking. Upon arrival, the hotel was unable to accommodate this request. When we asked if it was possible to add a rollaway bed to the room, this was also denied, with the explanation that the cleaning staff had already gone home. As a last resort, we asked for an extra duvet, which they also could not provide. The sink in the room was clogged, and the water in the shower could not be properly heated—it was only lukewarm. In the wellness area, the steam room was not working, and there were no clean towels available. At the “guest request” desk, we agreed on a 20% discount before check-out. However, this was not honored at check-out, and we were told to contact Expedia ourselves. The hotel’s interior is outdated, it smells old, and everything feels worn out. The service provided by the staff is extremely poor. I have stayed in three-star hotels where everything—from service and facilities to cleanliness—was at a much higher standard. At best, this hotel deserves three stars. Do yourself a favor and pay more for another five-star hotel—the only positive thing about this place is its location. Don’t be fooled by the lower price compared to other five-star hotels

A Unique Stay with a Cinematic Vibe If you’re looking for a cookie-cutter hotel, this isn't it! The aesthetic is fascinating—a striking Gothic style with corridors that feel like a high-end hospital ward straight off a movie set. While the atmosphere is a bit moody, the rooms themselves are impressively quiet and very spacious, providing a great sense of comfort. We also thoroughly enjoyed the excellent breakfast spread and generally good onsite facilities. There were a few technical hiccups during our stay, however. The steam room was a bit of a letdown as it produced very little steam, and our room seemed to have a "ghost in the machine"—the electric curtains had a habit of opening randomly in the middle of the night. We also found the TV unplugged upon arrival, likely because it shares the same quirk of turning itself on and off.
