Staff very friendly, we noticed that the cushions on the couch were very dirty and smelly. The balcony was very dirty with black dust everywhere.

We always stay at Napoleon on Kent—easy walk to King Street Wharf, Opera House, and George Street. Great value and lovely staff.

Reception staff were friendly and helpful, albeit one was training the other. I arrived early so leaving my bags behind while I went to get lunch wasn't a problem, as the staff still needed another 30 mins to have the room ready. The lift is a little narrow, so depending on guests and luggage, you may need to take several trips. Once in my room, it was clean and comfortable. Not 5-star, but I knew that going in. Water pressure and temperature was fine; Compared to other [Google] ] reviews, historically, this was a problem. My room faced Kent St and with the Western Distributor right above the whole facility, the traffic noise was bare minimum. You almost heard nothing at all. Departure was early, so I dropped my room keycard in the drop-off at reception and left without a problem. Will stay again if circumstances require to be accommodated in that part of the city-close to Wynyard Station, underground pedestrian passageways out of the weather and generous dining options at the food-court at ground level.

Everything was fine. We arrived early, they allowed us to put our luggages, then we can stroll around city without baggages. The studio room was spacious enough, and they provide kitchenette and complete utensils, so appreciated! Location is great, 3 minutes walk to Winyard station. Also very near to Barangaroo area. My only complaint was just the cushion on sofa, they smell bad, really need to be washed. But I just throw it to the cupboard so we didn't have to see it. Overall, we would like to stay here again when coming back to Sydney.
