The location is excellent but the room is with only one set of towel for our 4 nights that is not good. We could request daily new towel with additional charges.

房間十分大，十分近地鐵站，亦十分近各景點，附近亦有大型超級市場，前台人員親切有善，樂於幫助客人，十分推薦入住

酒店附近道路坡度比较大，酒店就在一个高架桥底下，进门前台其实属于二楼，我们住在三楼还不错，一楼没去看，感觉一楼有点半地下了。房间挺大的，有开放式厨房可以做饭，设施基本齐全，就是没有洗衣机。房间不会每天来清洁，退房前自己把垃圾带走扔在每层楼的垃圾箱里就好。前台很热情，但不是24小时，入住晚的话最好提前电话联系好，退房早的可以把房卡扔在前台一个圆孔里面。酒店离主要景点都不远，从机场出来可以坐机场铁路到温亚德站下车，走几分钟就到了。注意第一次来悉尼的，坐机场铁路到市区的话，买票可以直接选好目的地，但到了central station是要下车在站内换乘的，我们差点被坑，在车上没下来，结果等了一会车子倒开又回去了。

It's not service apartment at all, no one clean your room, no teeth brush, no sleeper, no WiFi. Only except it is close to Downton, it has nothing good to suggest. But actually I rent a car this time, so the room totally was a wrong pick.

酒店位置真心好，步行就可以到达达令港或是环形码头，离火车站也只有几分钟路程，附近还有超市；酒店装潢一般，感觉有点年份了，住在一楼感觉不太令人放心，酒店前台很早就下班了，大多数时间都找不到人；房间不打扫卫生，想要打扫还需要付费；房间还不错，很大，该有的基本设施都有~

I had quite a few nights in napoleon. The apartment is not what I've expected. The furnitures and equipments are old, the sofa bed is quite dirty and old. I can even see the stain on it. Location is good and very near train station and circular quay. However, it is located right next to the road and I can hear the car driving at night. I may feel better if the apartment looks clean and tidy. I think the price for it is not worth.

Reception closed at 4pm on Public Holidays. We should wait several hours for the person-in-charge to come back to reset the key card for allowing our car to go inside the carpark. Moreover, the carpark space is charged AUD 35 per day, really expensive when compared to the other hotels/apartments we rented in Blue Mountain, Canberra, Philip Island and Melbourne during the trip. All of them offered free parking spaces to us!

The room is clean and tidy, very comfortable. Really close to Darling Habour, about 10 mins walk. Very close to Train station, about 5 mins walk.

Excellent location, close to darling harbour and train staion. Big and comfortable room. However, no room tidying at all for all my 5 days.

The hotel was located close to railway and bus stations. The staff was nice and helpful.

I was booked studio room for 2, the room size is big enough, 1 x queen bed + 1 x sofa bed, just in case 3 persons still okay to stay in the room, the small kitchen is so convenience for cooking, only problems for me is not very clear instruction to show how much to be use for the washing/dryer machine in basement. Since hotel location is under the bridge so there may have some noise during the mid night, it is the best to close the window & turn on the air-conditioner at the nightime.

Room size is big and staff service is good, but it is better for the hotel to provide room cleaning service everyday.

Stayed in Mint Resorts & Apartments Napoleon On Kent for 4days 3nights. I went to Sydney for my personal trip. The location is convenient that take almost 5 minutes to get to the Darling Harbour. Also, it just takes 2 minutes to get to the train station. Since it is service department, there is no everyday room service. Moreover, there is one problem is it is located under the bridge, I usually heard some noise outside at night. It's a bit annoying. Overall, the counter staff is kind and friendly. I will come here again. Thanks!

Smooth and friendly check in. Great location would stay again

Mattresses extremely hard and uncomfortable. Felt like cheap mattresses. Laundry facilities fine, but you have to pay for a wash and for a dryer. Front desk is only staffed from 8-7. Given 1 towel/person and you have to pay for more. Freezer of refrigerator awful because it accumulates ice (not frost free) so you can't fit anything in. Cheap/small ice tray to make ice. Toilet paper is not great quality, slightly better than 1 ply. The amenities list "luggage storage," but beware, it is for a daily fee! It is listed twice in the Hotels.com description as an amenity and that is one of the reasons I booked because we were going to travel around Australia for 2 months and then come back, but the fee was outrageous that we found another option for our cruise suitcase. When you enter the building, even if someone is at the desk, they won't say hello unless you say "hi" first....not very hospitable of them! On the positive side, it is quiet despite being right on the road and you can't hear any noises from other units. Convenient location to Circular Quay (10-15 min walk). Across the street from Wynyard train station that takes you right to the airport. If you want no frills, convenient to Circular Quay and Barangaroo this is OK for the money.

Clean and well equipped room. Staff very helpful and friendly. Some traffic noise but not overly disruptive. I certainly recommend.

Had to enquire about laundry service, was never mentioned and we had booked 6 nights
