แย่มากๆ ก่อนหน้านี้เคยมาพัก 2 ครั้งประทับใจสุดๆ ครั้งนี้รร มีการย้ายเป็นอีกฝั่งถนน ไม่ติดทะเล รร ย้ายที่ตั้งแล้ว เราคาดหวังพักที่เดิม ครั้งนี้เป็นที่ 3 ที่มาพัก ได้ห้องแย่สุดๆ ติดกับครัว ถุงขยะ ถุงดำวางเต็ม ห้องน้ำแย่ ในห้องโล่ง จะไม่มาพักอีกแล้ว เราจอง 2 ห้อง พาครอบครัวมาเที่ยวผิดหวังจริงๆ มีเสียงดัง

The hotel breakfast start on7 am and it’s end on 8am Which is my first time to see that. When you are using the bathroom the water stuck doesn’t go down

A secret treasure. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a room right up the top of the hill, which was super quiet and the beds were super comfy. The windows had block-out curtains. The bathroom needed a bit of TLC but it still worked. We had breakfast included, which was a huge spread, and great if you don't have food intolerances. Secret Cliff is about a 20 minute up and down walk from Karon along a busy road with minimal footpath, or a 200 Baht taxi ride. If you want restaurants and bars on your doorstep and the beach a few meters away, don't stay here. We wanted peace and quiet, away from the tourist riff-raff, and this place was perfect. We also indulged in an onsite massage (fabulous), and lazed around in the peaceful, picture-perfect pool. Patong is a 200 Baht taxi in the other direction, and it can stay there, lol!

5Am I hear dripping sound and I found the air-con dripping, my iPad cover wet abit cause it was near table and my iPhone wet fully, when I inform 8am they said OK later will fix it, lucky the place surround cool and uphills. They also request deposit 2000 Bhatt said new room but the air-con and room doesn't look new also.

โรงแรม แย่มากกก แอร์ ไม่เย็น พอเปลี่ยนห้อง เอาห้องที่มี ลูกค้า อยู่มาให้ โชคดี ที่ในห้องนั้นไม่มีใคร มีแค่ข้าวของและเปิดแอร์ ทิ้งไว้ พอเปลี่ยน ห้องได้ ห้องใหม่ ไม่มีผ้าเช็ดตัว ให้ ลูกค้า งงม่านรูดยังเีกว่านี้

วิวสวย ทำเลดี พนักงานบริการดี แต่สถานที่โดยรอบดูเก่า ไม่ค่อยสะอาด ไม่เหมาะกับผู้สูงอายุเพราะห้องพักอยู่บนเนินเขา ต้องขึ้นบันได แต่มีบริการรถรับส่งตลอด พักห้อง133 ประตูห้องน้ำปิดได้ไม่สนิท ที่จับฝั่งด้านในห้องน้ำไม่มี ล็อกไม่ได้ น้ำไหลค่อนข้างอ่อน

We arrived at the resort and they said there was no reservation, and after several attempts, the employee agreed to give us a temporary room, and the room was unclean, with many insects and mosquitoes. Unfortunately, the 4-star rating is many, but I give it only one star.

Bersih kamarnya, masakan enak, cuman harus nyebrang aja kalau pas dapat yang sebrang jalan.

Saya memesan kamar junior suite 3 malam, kamar bagus dengan bathub menghadap ke laut. Akan tetapi tidak akan ada sikat gigi dan pasta gigi. Anda harus membelinya di lobby. Tidak ada sendal kamar, tidak ada shower cup, amenities hanya ada sabun dan shampoo. Yang mengecewakan adalah saya sudah bilang bahwa flush toilet rusak, akan tetapi tidak ada staff yang datang untuk memperbaiki sampai saya check out. Padahal masih tersisa 1 malam saya menginap. Akibatnya saya kesusahan untuk memakai toilet selama seharian penuh, staff nya kurang tanggap menghadapi komplain dari tamu.

สถานที่สวยงาม อาหารเช้าดีแต่ห้องพักออกจะดูเก่าไปบ้างครับ

- Phòng cũ, trước phòng còn có một khoảng trống vứt đồ hư hỏng - Phòng rất nóng, nhờ nhân viên sửa điều hoà 3 lần nhưng chỉ sửa đúng lần đầu. Tối nhờ sửa thì bảo bạn kỹ thuật nghỉ rồi, sáng mai sẽ fix. Sáng hôm sau im luôn - Không có bàn chải, kem đánh răng, slipper,… mình phải tự ra 7eleven mua hết - Món ăn ít đa dạng, chủ yếu toàn món Tây, tệ hơn ở Việt Nam rất nhiều! - Vị trí khá xa trung tâm, xa các điểm tham quan du lịch. Di chuyển trung bình 1h để đến 1 điểm tham quan. Rất bất tiện. Sẽ không book lần 2 - Không hề gần bãi biển, không có bãi riêng, chỉ có view thôi. - Có thuê xe máy, nhưng ban đầu nói với mình cho 5l xăng chạy rồi về bên xe máy sẽ tự refill. Đến lúc trả xe bảo mình pay tiền xăng đi. Mình kêu khách sạn ra làm chứng là bữa đó khách sạn cũng có nói với mình như vậy. Nhưng bạn nhân viên bảo khách sạn chỉ là trung gian, mình và bên thuê xe tự giải quyết với nhau! Là sao? khách sạn cũng ăn chia tiền với bên thuê xe mà sao bảo không có trách nhiệm giải quyết? - Nhân viên nói chung thân thiện, lịch sự nhẹ nhàng mặc dù các dịch vụ còn lại khác khá tệ.

พนักงานต้อนรับไม่อยู่ทำให้ไม่สามารถเช็คอินได้ใช้เวลาในการติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่เกือบ 30 นาที ห้องพักภายในมีฝุ่นเยอะพื้นมีคราบและเชื้อรา ห้องน้ำม่านมีเชื้อราดูสกปรก พื้นห้องน้ำไม่สะอาดพื้นห้องนอนไม่สะอาดหน้าในห้องนอนไม่สะอาดทีวีไม่มีสัญญาณ

ห้องพักเก่า ผ้าเช็ดเท้าไม่มีในห้อง พนักงานบริการดี

ห้องพักไม่สะอาด ไม่มียาสีฟันแปรงสีฟัน slippers ไว้ในห้องพัก สระน้ำรวมของโรงแรมไม่ตรงปก ดูไม่สะอาด เหมือนรกร้างมานาน บรรยากาศโรงแรมเหมือนรกร้าง เข้าใจว่าเนื่องจากสถานการณ์โควิดแต่ถ้าเปิดใช้บริการลูกค้าควรดูดีกว่านี้
