great hotel

Have stayed before will stay again. Clean rooms. Is connected to club. Good for food and just to sit

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and cleaned daily for my 5 night stay. Comfortable bed. Great location with hotel connected to catholic club for meals and drink. Plenty of parking.

Had a couple of hairs in our bath towels and the pillows are terrible. Not really close to anything and Ubers have a frustrating time locating it was our experience. Ample car parking if you bring your own car though and the food was pretty good.

Very nice room, but the only light bright enough for easy reading was in the bathroom. Mood lighting is difficult to read by. Also, the TV was receiving no images or sounds from the channels. The young guy on the desk managed to fix it quickly but next morning it was faulty again. A small irritation but still not great.

My bathroom had not been cleaned properly there was literally 100’s of pubic hairs in the shower and outside of it. I was moved to another room but the floor in the bathroom looked very dirty. I think it is due to the type of tile, they need to look at different cleaning products. Having access to the gym was wonderful. The restaurant was about to get an upgrade so I look forward to seeing that. Meal was OK.

Great hotel for that price point. Unfortunate there are no other food options walking distance or water in the room. Room was comfortable and AC worked well.

Staff were very professional and friendly, entire place was tidy as was our room, plenty of parking spaces and entertainment

Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning

The staff were excellent. Our room with two double beds was bigger than expected and had plenty of space for my wife and I and our two children. The buffet breakfast was tasty with plenty of options. My only gripe would be stained grouting in the bathroom but you see that everywhere except 5 star hotels (where they renovate every few years). All in all, excellent value, and a perfect location for those travelling from VIC to QLD.
