Quiet, Park easy

Room was clean but extra bad had cubic hair everywhere. Very disgusting!!! When I asked for a cot, hotel tried to charge me $25. After looking at pictures of cubic hair all over the bad, I got a cot for free. I will not use this hotel ever again.

Mi è dispiaciuto che non abbiano fatto le pulizie in camera. Colazione così così. Camera pulita e grande sopratutto il bagno molto grande. Piscina fondamentale per i bambini dopo una giornata in visita a Quebec.

While the bed was very comfortable and the room was fine for a one-night stay, guests should note that it is a basic continental breakfast rather than a full meal, the bathroom needs more detailed cleaning, and the lack of an elevator makes it challenging for travelers with large luggage.

Breakfast was great. Rooms are clean but small. Good location.

Très bien, simple , rapide et pratique

Breakfast was excellent. The exterior of the building had us quite worried, as it looks very rough. The rooms were clean, but incredibly small.

Nettes kleines Hotel nocht allzu weit von Quebec Downtown entfernt. Einige Restaurants in Fußgehweite erreichbar.

Chambre spacieuse. Proximité des commerces environnants. Petit déjeuner inclus. Bon rapport qualité prix.

The worst hotel if you can call it a hotel. In the middle of nowhere and a dirty spoon breakfast.

the stairs were difficult going up and down with luggage so if you are a senior or with small children it maybe difficult. The street to the front entrance is closed due to construction, there is a rear entrance to the hotel leading from the parking lot. Staff were good and its a 10 minute drive to lots of places to eat. We had a suite with a living area, a bedroom with a king bed and a small kitchenette which was fairly priced. There was ample parking on the property and good coffee in the lobby area.A salt water pool on the main floor but we never got to use it.

Chambre propre, staff gentil. Le déjeuner était bien (oeuf dur, bagels, céréales, etc.). La piscine a l'air un peu vieille. Nous avons surtout choisi cet hôtel pour les bornes de recharge électriques

We stay at Hôtel du nord regularly when we come to Quebec city with our toddler; clean and comfortable room, a little sofa zone, full bathtub for bath time and a mini kitchen. It's reliable every time!

Shower and toilet flush was not working and didnot change the room after request nor fix the problem ..poor service
