La piscine était très bien. Les chambres et l'accueil était aussi très bien. La machine à café est très apprécié à l'entrée et c'est gratuit. Le rapport qualité-prix est excellent.

It’s an excellent place but my husband walks with 2 canes and there is no elevator.
Otherwise we would definitely recommend to all healthy people

Chambre très bien et assez calme. Bien équipée.
Pas contre le petit déjeuner et loin d'être à la hauteur de l'hôtel. Pas de croissants, pancakes, pains au chocolat, rien de chaud. Les gens ramenaient leur croissants où autre et les faisant réchauffer sur place.
C'est comme une grande cuisine d'auberge de jeunes. Il y a la vaisselle et vous vous servez.
Du lait, quelques céréales, des bananes, pommes, oranges, quelques yaourts aux fruits. Café et thé et si vous voulez un chocolat chaud, il faut aller au distributeur du Hall du l'hôtel (c'est gratuit). Du jeu de fruits en brique de 2L. Des tranches de pain de mie et de pain brioché. Et des muffins en sachet avec des dosettes de confiture fraise, beurre de cacahuète et beurre. Il y a Micro onde et grille pain.
Même dans une ferme auberge pour moins cher, c'était beaucoup mieux.

Pool floor was very wet and gross, peuple kept walking in and out with their outside boots but no one ever came to mop it clean. Broken faucet in my room, only had cold water (first day). Was told (immediately) that it would be fixed and then never heard back from anyone and wasn't fixed, even if someone came while i was away to fix it. We were there 3 days... it would have been nice to at least have a follow up from maintenance. Staff was super friendly and professional. Maybe they were understaffed. Otherwise, fantastic stay.

La chambre pour 1 personne était très fonctionnelle, j’ai examiné le lit, très propre les serviettes aussi et une mention spéciale pour l’odeur de la chambre qui sentait super bon et frais tout au long de mon court séjour. Les déjeuners étaient parfait, et le personnel de soir et celle du matin, super sympathique, je recommande cet hôtel pour tout ce que j’ai énuméré plus haut et pour le prix et la disponibilité.

Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour la gratuité de son stationnement et son emplacement proche du centre de Québec (en voiture). Nous l'avions choisi également pour la piscine que nous n'avons pas eu le temps de découvrir malheureusement. L'hôtel est relativement vétuste, mais plutôt bien équipé. Le personnel d'accueil n'est par contre pas agréable du tout. On a l'impression de les déranger à chaque fois, ou dès qu'on s'approche du comptoir, ils partent dans leur back office. La dame qui s'occupe du déjeuner est elle très serviable et agréable. Les chambres ne sont accessibles qu'avec des escaliers, donc l'hôtel n'est pas adapté à tous. Si vous avez de lourdes valises mieux vaut ne pas être au dernier étage.

this hotel was a stop on our weeklong road trip. One of the nicest hotels we stayed in, very nice warm pool nice gym. Room was small, but had anything you needed. And breakfast was good although there was no hot food. would stay here again.

Room was clean, but showing some wear around the edges. Pull out sofa bed was an issue and lead to a frustrating sleepless night for our kids. Pool and breakfast were good though, and the front desk staff were terrific.
