我選擇這家旅館是因為它的位置看起來非常理想，我的主要目的是去奧斯洛布看鯨鯊，去薄荷島看眼鏡猴。從機場搭乘MY BUS巴士到終點站大約需要30分鐘，然後步行5分鐘即可到達飯店。最近的入口是SM購物中心和酒店之間的通道。這條通道夠寬敞，可以拖著行李箱通過。進入飯店也只需要走幾個階梯。開車不到10分鐘即可到達前往薄荷島的渡輪碼頭。開車到奧斯洛布需要3小時。這家飯店最大的優勢是靠近SM購物中心。購物中心裡應有盡有：超市、美食廣場、餐廳、快餐店等等。購物中心晚上9點關門。由於面積很大，很容易迷路。優點：保全良好，員工熱情周到，房間床鋪舒適，淋浴水壓強勁，排水系統良好。缺點：泳池正在裝修，無法使用；沒有浴袍；早餐水果種類不多。迷你吧從葡萄酒到軟飲應有盡有，而且都冰鎮得很好。我沒有使用洗手間，因為隔壁SM購物中心的超市可以買到很多日用品。事實上，我覺得沒有洗手間更好，這樣冰箱裡就騰出空間了。礦泉水每天都會補充。房間內有一個按鈕可以預約客房清潔服務，非常方便。房間大小也足夠。酒店的地理位置、熱情周到的服務、乾淨整潔的環境以及新穎的設施，都使它成為一家很棒的酒店。唯一的不足是泳池無法使用。我去了附近一家飯店的泳池。第一家是靠近阿亞拉購物中心的Quest酒店，每人約1500日元，內含一杯飲料。另一家是Western Lagoon飯店，每人約800日元，也包含一杯飲料。辦理入住時，前台告訴我這是「僅含客房」的套餐。不過，我透過應用程式預訂了一個包含早餐的套餐，出示預訂確認單後，套餐就改成了包含早餐。以防萬一，最好準備好顯示預訂詳情的文件。高級房，3晚，2026年3月

Very good hotel. Can never book a time for a massage. This time I even tried the day before checking in. Very good gym and pool though.

It was soo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Amazing breakfast. Hotel staff always very welcoming. Very clean and next to the mall for easy shopping & taxi for moving in the city. Best hotel I have ever stayed.

Was really disappointed when we arrived at the hotel. Although it was negligence on our part not researching beforehand, but had we been offered a refund upon check in, we would've opted to stay at another hotel. The pool was under maintenance so we had nothing to do at the hotel. I feel like we really didn't get the value for money.

Very nice room and staff service excellent. Gave immediate attendance when I said TV is not working.

Radisson hotel was a very nice, cozy and family friendly hotel. my kids enjoyed staying here for an overnight. Food are great also. It's one of the best hotels in Cebu.

Great place to stay with because its just near the mall..

A good hotel to stay. Located on main road, easy access. Breakfast OK. Fitness facility is great (Life fitness). Swimming pool is also OK.

It was great, the staff were friendly. I love their food, variety of delicious food.
