It was soo good! The staff were all so warm with their service. It was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it was such a good experience. They explained everything to us and gave us a little room orientation. Will definitely book again.

Radisson hotel was a very nice, cozy and family friendly hotel. my kids enjoyed staying here for an overnight. Food are great also. It's one of the best hotels in Cebu.

Very helpful and professional staff. Our room was very clean and spacious. The location is right across the mall which was a plus for us. Shoutout to Clarissa who assisted us with our transportation to the airport. Will definitely stay here again.

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and very comfortable. All the staff were friendly and approachable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely worth including with your stay.
The only downside was the service at breakfast. The waitstaff seemed unsure about when to clear tables. I was dining alone, and whenever I stepped away briefly to get something from the buffet, they would clear my entire table—including utensils, glass, and plates—even though it was clear I hadn’t finished (my knife and fork were not placed together).
It was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially for a five-star hotel where you would expect more attention to detail and better training in this area.
Overall, a great stay with just one area that could use improvement.

I had a very disappointing stay at this Radisson Blu hotel and would not recommend it.
Upon check-in, the reception staff forgot to return my passport, which is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in both the shower and sink area, and basic amenities like shower gel and hand wash were missing.
The in-room facilities were also subpar. The iron was leaking and had to be replaced, which further reflects the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, the amenities and service fell far below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star standard.
Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, which made the environment unpleasant and disruptive. There is also no pool available, which was another letdown.
To add to the frustration, I was not allowed to have breakfast while wearing flip-flops, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor standard of the hotel.
All in all, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I expected much better.
