We stayed overnight for my daughter's prom day. Thanks to Pau fr Club lounge who assisted us to have a room right away.the housekeeper who assisted us to make our rollaway bed was kind and helpful -thank you! The room was clean and our sleep was comfortable. It was a quiet relaxing night.

Friendly helpful and just amazing service at all levels. From the room cleanliness to the ladies at the front desk at 11:30pm to the staff at breakfast. We even had someone who would bring fresh cut mangos to our table each morning during breakfast. (He received a handsome tip) among other special goodies. Security staff scanning bags and people prior to entry gives the safety feeling you want. This place is 5star with a great price point. I always love my stays here.

Nice room, great place to stay. The only disappointment was that our flight got in at 11:45am, but check-in wasn't until 3pm, and they could not accomodate an early check-in, in spite of my requesting one a day earlier.

There is no spa and no swimming pools it’s been closed for a year why do you or they advertise this and show a beautiful pool on the website. That is Miss leading . And I was very unhappy that’s why I booked it to start with I checked out early because i was mad👎
