Sangat bagus! Semua staf sangat ramah dalam memberikan layanan. Ini adalah pertama kalinya kami menginap di hotel bintang lima dan pengalamannya sangat menyenangkan. Mereka menjelaskan semuanya kepada kami dan memberi kami sedikit orientasi kamar. Pasti akan memesan lagi.

I booked several nights due to great reviews about the pool. Turns out the pool was closed for complete reconstruction, which was disappointing to find out at checkin. They should put a notice on travel app sites that the pool is closed as a courtesy to prospective guests.

The breakfast spread was extensive and absolutely delicious—definitely worth including with your stay. The only downside was the service at breakfast. The waitstaff seemed unsure about when to clear tables. I was dining alone, and whenever I stepped away briefly to get something from the buffet, they would clear my entire table—including utensils, glass, and plates—even though it was clear I hadn’t finished (my knife and fork were not placed together). It was disappointing and a bit frustrating, especially for a five-star hotel where you would expect more attention to detail and better training in this area. Overall, a great stay with just one area that could use improvement.

I had a very disappointing stay at this Radisson Blu hotel and would not recommend it. Upon check-in, the reception staff forgot to return my passport, which is a serious oversight and caused unnecessary stress. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, there was hair in both the shower and sink area, and basic amenities like shower gel and hand wash were missing. The in-room facilities were also subpar. The iron was leaking and had to be replaced, which further reflects the lack of attention to maintenance. Overall, the amenities and service fell far below what I would expect from a hotel claiming to be 5-star standard. Additionally, the hotel is currently under construction, which made the environment unpleasant and disruptive. There is also no pool available, which was another letdown. To add to the frustration, I was not allowed to have breakfast while wearing flip-flops, which felt unreasonable given the overall poor standard of the hotel. All in all, this was not a comfortable or enjoyable stay, and I expected much better.

Normalement je suis assez critique et difficile ! Jai été agréablement surpris du service incroyable. Le buffet est complètement extraordinaire remplis de choix matin,.midi, soir Jai dû recevoir des soins d'urgence et une infirmière est présente. Chambre confortable Vraiment je le recommande fortement
