Radisson hotel was a very nice, cozy and family friendly hotel. my kids enjoyed staying here for an overnight. Food are great also. It's one of the best hotels in Cebu.

Property is just next to a shopping mall which is very convenient for shopping. A lot of options for transportation is available. If you want to explore and and is brave enough to try the public transportation there is quite a few route that passes by the hotel. Taxis are also in abundance so its not a problem.

Clean and friendly staff, I always want to stay here when I have to meet friends coz of the location is very convenient. The food was amazing, my husband loved it (dinner and breakfast we did). The only thing I wish they have was baby amenities like baby tub. I had my 7months baby with me and it was kinda hard to give him a shower 😅. But totally awesome stay!

The hotel is very nice and all of the employees are very friendly. However there is a huge issue which they need to address and they seem to ignore. The rooms are all damp and contain high levels of mold. I tried three rooms and they were all the same. The final day I showed the manager a baseball hat that I left out on the desk that was completely soaked from the dampness. I soon developed a fever and respiratory sickness from the mold in my room. I know they are aware of this as I found int mentioned in other reviews. Simply buying a dehumidifier for each room would help but they apparently do not feel it is an issue. I would not stay here again only for this reason. Other than that, it is a nice hotel with friendly staff.

Staff were pleasant, very friendly, and respectful. The Business Class Lounge staff, especially Jun and his colleagues were very attentive to our needs during our snack time and breakfast. The hotel is also right across the street from SM Mall, with lots of food options. Great stay overall!

I stayed here for my birthday and the service was amazing. I honestly recommend this place. If you also need to do sole last minute shopping the hotel is technically attached to the mall.

Excellent property! The staff is extremely professional and courteous! Walking distance to major shopping center with tons of stores and dining options. Also walking distance to a large bus terminal for public transportation.
