Was very impressed with the hotel and facilities Location close to the town

It was in a good position to town. The hotel itself was lovely, room is a tiny bit dated and very hot and the windows only opened a tiny bit

Just all in all a great experience great friendly staff great service rooms spotless breakfast amazing

A great place to stay in North Wales. A good base for trips out. A great hotel for families with the pool a big draw for the children, at affordable rates. Third visit for myself, and looking forward to a return.

Tried Req’s investment Not the best

Rooms were tired, for a ‘spa hotel’ it lacked the basics. Staff largely v inexperienced to the point of rudeness. Despite staying 2 nights and having spent my Saturday at hospital with my v sick father, they refused to let me have dinner as I’d not booked Will not go back!

Great staff

Reception staff were great but the room and bathroom was very small and very poorly layed out. The pool was much colder than the last time we stayed also very noisy with half the pool cordoned off for children's swimming lessons with a very loud instructor! Also cold streams of water pumping into the jacuzzi area. So not the most relaxing time. Quite a few areas need updating. Went to run the bath in the morning and noticed bits and a dirty mark in the bath. Hard bed and thin pillows. A real shame because we are from north Wales and loved the place prior to this visit.

Hotel was nice and clean, lovely staff. Hotel needs some updating tho. Spa was ok but pool could be a bit warmer

Clean room though it was boiling hot, very spacious. Good buffet breakfast options. Really lovely kind staff who go above and beyond every time.

Our stay was ok however the great staff didn’t make up for the tired feeling of our room. The cleanliness was just about acceptable, so long as we didn’t look behind anything when there were scraps of litter and cobwebs. I really didn’t like that the housekeeping team were using towels from the bedrooms to clean with all around the hotel and leaving pillowcases on dirty surfaces before putting them on beds. Thankfully I only saw this the morning after.

We had a great stay room really clean and cosy swimming pool fantastic breakfast really nice, my husband and I our autistic son made to feel welcome we will definitely stay again many thanks Jan 😊

The pool area is very ckean

Rooms need a makeover and we could hardly see the television which was tiny. Annoyed we had to pay for parking which was only payable if booked thru Hotel.com.

Nice room, fantastic swimming pool and well positioned near the Castle. Directly across from 2 supermarkets aswell. Breakfast was nice. Nice and relaxing stay
