Very nice hotel that I will return to on my next visit to Caernarfon. Lots of on site parking, and very friendly and helpful staff on reception. I arrived at the same time as a coach party, but the reception staff made sure I didn't have to wait. The room was very clean with lots of space and a good sized clean bathroom. It took a while to work out the light switches to turn on the bathroom light without all the other lights, but not a huge problem. Excellent hotel that I would recommend to friends and family.

I was a bit apprehensive before arriving at the hotel as the price seemed to good to be true, but the staff were fantastic super friendly and helpful making jokes etc, the room we were in was very dated but it didn’t take away from the weekend we had, the spa was great and breakfast was yummy. Great location if you are wanting to climb Snowden only a short drive away. The town its self is super cute some lovely places to eat and drink. The only negative I will say is we had to pay £10 per night to park but apparently that was because we booked through a third party if you book direct it’s free. Also the receptionist did say they may be able to price match so definitely worth giving them a call if your thinking of staying. We would definitely stay there again.

Hotel razoável pelo preço, bem localizado (a 5 quadras do Castelo de Caernarfon). Silencioso à noite, só se ecutam as gaivotas. A pesar do calor intenso desses dias, o quarto era razoavelmente fresco, por ter boa ventilação.
A pesar do hotel ter SPA no nome, só tem piscina, saunas seca e húmida. Não tem massagens ou tratamentos.
É um edifício antigo, bem conservado e limpo. Tem um bar razoável e um bom restaurante.

I loved the pool area it was really nice and good to see the pool being cleaned overnight. it would be good if there was a bar of soap provided as it’s tricky having a bath when the squeeze shower gel is high at shower level.
The shower was a bit dodgy as it squirted water upwards and bounced off the ceiling but I did report it. The rooms were nice and we had a great fan to keep us cool. nice tea and coffee with decaf too.
The only bit that was frustrating was that the people came to collect the dirty washing or something at 6am which was really noisy each morning.
The lady on reception was lovely.
I didn’t anticipate being asked to pay for parking though which was a bit of a surprise.
Breakfast was good with a nice cooked breakfast and yoghurt cereal juice etc.
I heard people asking for porridge and someone was offered pancakes so it would have been nice if we had been offered this too.

The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car parking was exorbitant.

My room was dirty a sea spider in my bed and toothpaste all over my bathroom sink and hairs as lf it hadn’t even been cleaned, yellow stains and hard bits of strange dirt was on my towels, the the parking was an extra charge I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable,clean night away

We were given an accessible room, no AC but the reception kindly provided us with fans and ice.
The duvets were very thick for the time of the year.
The pool closing time is way too early, maybe consider pushing it to 8pm.

The premises itself is okay. The pool is very nice. Hotel is terribly let down by the quality of the staff. They need to be sent on a 6 month customer service training course. The only decent staff member was the chap at the swimming pool.

Lovely staff, ideal location, close to eateries. Room well kept bur maybe towels etc need an update, but overall lovely.
Parking only free if booked direct, but £10 reasonable and plenty spaces. Will defo stay again. Lots of lovely quirky spaces to chill.

Hotel looking very tired.
3 black bin bags and a broken cup remained in the corridor for 2 days and was still there when I left.
Booked a double room but was given one with 3 beds, window didn’t open. Nowhere to put any wash bags etc in the bathroom.
Bed was comfy and food was ok.
Be aware if you book to stay via a third party app like Expedia, the hotel will charge you £10 per night to park in the car park

The Leisure facilities were pretty good. The staircase is very impressive and the general hotel is lovely.
I feel that the standard rooms are fairly tired especially for the high price we paid.
Overall, a good stay but a little expensive for what it was.
