We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean and spacious. The pool, stteam room, and sauna were well maintained. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is very cloae to the harbor, castle, and lots of places to eat and enjoy.

Very nice hotel that I will return to on my next visit to Caernarfon. Lots of on site parking, and very friendly and helpful staff on reception. I arrived at the same time as a coach party, but the reception staff made sure I didn't have to wait. The room was very clean with lots of space and a good sized clean bathroom. It took a while to work out the light switches to turn on the bathroom light without all the other lights, but not a huge problem. Excellent hotel that I would recommend to friends and family.

シャワーや洗面台の蛇口からの水の出がリニアではなかった。ある意味良い古さがあった。チェックインはレセプションに4人もいたのに1人しか対応せずかなり待たされた。これも英国ではある意味当たり前と思えば腹も立たず。

The room was very basic and a bit worn. One chair at the desk with no other seating - despite there being an empty corner with no furniture in it. No electrical sockets near the bed. Bed was very lumpy, bouncy, and overall uncomfortable. Good shower. The downstairs / communal areas were well maintained and quite pleasant to spend time in, including a small library room with couches. The spa was fine. You need to bring a padlock for the lockers. If you book through a third party like hotels.com, parking is not included and is £10/night. Breakfast is a buffet, but you have to choose the day before what time you want to eat. Limited selection. Service is quite slow - had finished our breakfast and had to ask to be served coffee/tea. Overall did not think it was very good value for money.

Booked this hotel for 1 night. After arriving at the hotel I was asked to pay for the parking (£10/night) First of all charging hotel guests for the parking is ridiculous but even worse when I’ve heard that if you book the room with hotel directly then parking is free but booked through Expedia is not… the same guest - different treatment. It’s a scam. Room itself was very dirty - all cups and cutlery in the room had stained marks, glasses in the bathroom had still toothpaste residue on them. Towels were dirty with stains (thanks got we had our own towels with us. Shower cabinet doors were broken. Ceiling had a massive leak stain. Bedding had stains all over. Overall room was very old style but not in a good way. I have also used a swimming pool… I lasted only 10 minutes there. My eyes were stinging from the amount of chlorine in the air. Water was quite cold. I wouldn’t recommend to stay in this hotel at all. Avoid at all cost.

Nice hotel very close to the walled town and castle. Nice spa area, no treatments but a swimming pool, sauna and steam room. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal in the restaurant was pleasant but on the pricey side (nice restaurants within 10 minutes walk though). The room was pleasant, but the bathroom was laid out for disabled guest, meaning that the sinks were wheelchair user height and therefore, as we aren't, involved having to bend over while you used it. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but some seemed quite inexperienced. Would happily stay again. Annoyingly, because I booked the hotel through hotels.com they charged £20 extra to park my car, it would have been free if we'd booked directly.

Good hotel on the whole, bedroom and bathroom in need of some updating. Net curtains looked old and in need of replacing. Lots of outdoor noise maybe as room on the front of property, so disturbed sleep. Staff very pleasant, breakfast good.

Hotel razoável pelo preço, bem localizado (a 5 quadras do Castelo de Caernarfon). Silencioso à noite, só se ecutam as gaivotas. A pesar do calor intenso desses dias, o quarto era razoavelmente fresco, por ter boa ventilação. A pesar do hotel ter SPA no nome, só tem piscina, saunas seca e húmida. Não tem massagens ou tratamentos. É um edifício antigo, bem conservado e limpo. Tem um bar razoável e um bom restaurante.

I loved the pool area it was really nice and good to see the pool being cleaned overnight. it would be good if there was a bar of soap provided as it’s tricky having a bath when the squeeze shower gel is high at shower level. The shower was a bit dodgy as it squirted water upwards and bounced off the ceiling but I did report it. The rooms were nice and we had a great fan to keep us cool. nice tea and coffee with decaf too. The only bit that was frustrating was that the people came to collect the dirty washing or something at 6am which was really noisy each morning. The lady on reception was lovely. I didn’t anticipate being asked to pay for parking though which was a bit of a surprise. Breakfast was good with a nice cooked breakfast and yoghurt cereal juice etc. I heard people asking for porridge and someone was offered pancakes so it would have been nice if we had been offered this too.

The staff were pleasant and the pool area was OK. Location of the hotel was good. However on the second floor the decor was in need of a lot of improvement. The carpet was threadbare in places; the corridor and our room 223 had paint flaking off in places; the curtains were in need of replacement and were tattily drawn which looked a mess. The bathroom only had one narrow shelf above the toilet which meant there was nowhere to put your toiletries. Finally thought paying £10 per night for car parking was exorbitant.

My room was dirty a sea spider in my bed and toothpaste all over my bathroom sink and hairs as lf it hadn’t even been cleaned, yellow stains and hard bits of strange dirt was on my towels, the the parking was an extra charge I would recommend staying here if you’re looking for a comfortable,clean night away

We were given an accessible room, no AC but the reception kindly provided us with fans and ice. The duvets were very thick for the time of the year. The pool closing time is way too early, maybe consider pushing it to 8pm.

The premises itself is okay. The pool is very nice. Hotel is terribly let down by the quality of the staff. They need to be sent on a 6 month customer service training course. The only decent staff member was the chap at the swimming pool.
