Old building. Big space, feeling have ghosts! Lol. We asked higher floor but given L1, Lower Ground floor, service good, aircon good. No standard parking area, all sloping street, have coupons (can choose ruined project/napa/windmill) for dinner can be claimed at lunch, internet slow sometimes, we booked 2 rooms, then want to stay in one room, and we cannot ask to get the bed from other room. Breakfast food wasn't good on that time.

Pine trees everywhere. Carlo at the reception was warm and ready to serve. Appreciated the welcome pastries from their Ops Manager.

I had pleasant stay here. the staff are accommodating. I bought it with discount promo code from 3k less another 1k. spending 2k for this staycation with breakfast buffer is worth it. super sulit..

Room was located in the lower ground floor and they said it was tagged to online agent, thus no view.. also, some of the appliances are not functioning well like the ref..

Very huge room and service was good, breakfast was nice.

Crosswind is our preferred accommodation in Tagaytay. The 20,000 pine trees all around gives it a very relaxed feel and fantastic scent. On the not so good side, breakfast spread still very limited but filling.

Found ourselves relaxed with the accomodation. My parents enjoyed the swimming pool. Would highly recommend it to others.

We love crosswinds tagaytay. Room is so spacious and we love the ambiance. We will definitely go back.

This hotel's staff were actually friendly and helpful. However, their refrigerator doesn't cool and it leaked. The bathroom floor drain was clogged. And the bathroom sewage also smells. But we still enjoy our stay because our room and cozy and big.

Everything is wonderful but the hotel staffs are violating our privacy. They act like perverts in our door. When they know who my breakfast was they act like crazy fans which is annoying. We went there to have our quality time. But here they are checking what my breakfast wearing etc. They were creeping out in our door. So annoying! I hope they can fix it.

Room is spacious, beddings are good. Breakfast is bad not that ok.

Still awesome because what is in the picture is what you will get.The only problem that we encounter is that their breakfast is not replenished that fast. When we arrive some of the dish is empty already and they did not replenish it immediately. Hope they will also provide a shuttle going to pool back to hotel.

We had a great stay at Crosswinds Resort! Place is old but well maintained. Pool is a bit far from the main hotel but they have a shuttle service. Roads are steep so drivers must be careful. The one bedroom suite is perfect for a family of 4. They even provided contact nos of fast food chains! We had a flat tire but staff are very helpful. Breakfast is okay. There are a few choices but the best part is the selection of cheese! Will definitely be back. Our family loves it here!
