It was a hassle free staying at Crosswinds. From the Entrance Guard House, FO, Attendant and Lobby Guard were courteous and welcome us with a big smile! Breaky at morning was yummy as well!

1. All rates are quoted in Philippine Pesos. 2. Passport, boarding pass, or government-issued identification upon is required upon check in. 3. Check in time is at 3:00 PM until 10PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. 4. A security deposit of PHP 1,000 per room per night is required. 5. All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee of PHP 5,000 will be charged for smoking in the room(s). 6. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guest(s) the cost of rectifying soiling or damage caused by accident and negligence of the guest(s) to the Hotel property. 7. Guest(s) must keep their valuables in their safety deposit box provided inside their room(s). The Hotel is not liable for the loss of money or other personal valuables. 8. An extra person staying overnight will be charged PHP 1,500. 9. For more information, please contact us at (09985732165) or email us at (reservations@crosswindsresortsuites.com) 10. The credit card (if provided) on file is only used as guarantee to confirm the booking. However, the hotel reserves the right to charge the 1st night payment against the credit card for any cancellation beyond the allowed time and for NO show. 11. Payment information: For credit card payment: - Physical credit card, along with a valid ID are required upon check in - The name on the booking must match the name on the credit card to be used to pay for the reservation - Bank transfer is highly recommended. Please contact the hotel for our bank details. 12. Please advise the hotel of your estimated time of arrival by calling the trunk line or messaging through this channel.

This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. If you want to stay away from noisy and want to stay inside a jungle it is perfect for. If you want to tour around the place but if you dont have a car, it is not accessible to anywhere. have a swimming pool and provide breakfast, hotel entrance has a bar restaurant and a coffee shop and you need to go out for lunch and dinner which you need to go take a shuttle to the entrance and then hire a tricycle or jeepy for at least 15 to 20 minutes to a town you can eat or buy some daily stuff. Good thing natural and very refreshing, bad thing not accessible and very remote from any shop or restaurant.

The view is the only good thing about this place—absolutely stunning.
Unfortunately, everything else was disappointing. The room was nothing like the photos—very misleading. The bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned, had mold, and smelled off. To top it off, we found a bag of trash under the sink that clearly wasn’t ours.
The internet was unreliable, and when we checked the router, we discovered the cables had been chewed—possibly by a mouse. The Wi-Fi password on the info sheet was also incorrect, so we had to check the back of the router just to connect.
Service was poor overall, and the condition of the room was unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Everything was excellent especially the receptionists and the staff who are very helpful, accomodating and warm.
Please fix the internet issues as we didnt have a stable connection throughout our stay. Even our tv cant be used because of poor connection.

The rooms are great, I booked 2 rooms with me and fiancée then with my family for the other room. 1 queen bed room and 2 double bed room. A really cozy room with good running AC in both room.
My main issue was the internet sometimes failing from time to time. The area is beautiful to view.
Besides the beautiful view, the area made it hard to get service sometimes which is another issue.

The area is accessible to local restaurants. There was no Internet connection and no hot water for shower; the bathroom door was broken which could pose a safety hazard, and the AC was blowing only fan air. These matters were brought to the front desk but only the AC issue was addressed. At checkout, they charged us for a small face towel that was allegedly lost. We had it deducted from the deposit but they gave us less than what should be refunded to us. We complained because the math was incorrect and they gave us back the entire deposit. I told the front desk that there was no Internet at all and no hot water for the shower and they still want to charge us for a lost small towel. I do not recommend staying at Crosswinds because guests will be out of touch from the outside world without the Internet. There was also no telephone or Internet at our room. The hallways and the furniture were dark.

the ambiance of the place is superb bec of the weather and pine trees, but the room itself is too old and not well
maintain, the faucet in kitchen and bathroom are not in good condition, the applicances are old even lack of electric sockets, they should renovate it to attrack more customer, otherwise the price i paid i can enjoy it to a five star hotel compare to crosswind

Aircon remote was not working inside the room. I can feel the spring in the bed. The room was clean and bathroom was good too. I find it weird that the couch is blocking the cabinets where we should be putting our stuff/bag, etc
