The hotel has the best location in the city. It 's near a mall, church, and hospital. Ideal for staycation with kids!

The hotel very close to Abreeza Mall and Victoria Plaza. Very helpful staffs and I got nice view of bedroom. Nevertheless, restaurant quite small for breakfast, sometime need to waiting, the lobby and fitness center quite small as well but look nice.

Good hotel conveniently located beside Abreeza Shopping Mall. We stayed at Seda hotel during our business trip to Davao and overall it was a nice stay. Room has ample of space, quite clean and modern. The air conditioning system works very well but we have problem with our wifi. We had to unplug and plug in again the wifi cable inside our room every several hours because we would lost connection to the wifi. Staffs were very friendly and breakfast has a nice selections of foods. Overall a good stay.

The hotel was great but I think it's not worth the price since I've been to a much better hotel than this yet paid a cheaper price. Their service is good but I didn't like the fact that we had to wait for some tables to be available during breakfast. Some toiletries were incomplete so I had to request for them.

I always love the hotel. Been staying there a couple of times. But with my recent stay, the pillows smell stinky. Like bleach or wet sheets that dried inside. The comforter sheets have stains. I hope they do proper cleaning before letting clients stay.

Great stay! Loved the perks that came with our room, namely access to the Executive Lounge which offers tea and nibbles from 2-4pm and cocktails from 5-7pm. With the breakfast buffet in the morning, you can basically eat the whole day at the hotel without extra cost should you wish to! Room, in terms, of area/space was smaller than I initially thought but it was still definitely enough space to comfortably move around. Everything in the room works and they provide what they can and your room to meet your needs - iron, ironing board, roomy closet, safe box, luggage table, coffee and tea, electric kettle, small fridge, writing table with lamp, 40 inch TV, toiletries (including a shaving kit), etc. The pool was not appealing for me but I got to use the gym which, for a small area, has pretty much what you need for a good workout. Fast check-in and checkout process as well. No cash deposit needed. Great staff.

Location is great. No problem with finding places to eat, transportation to go places, also walking distance to church. Staffs are very helpful from check in and check out time. Would recommend to friends to stay. Thanks.

Love the place but very few amenities. Misto Restaurant good food but cant handle traffic, we wait for about one hour for our turn.

Staying at Seda hotel was great. Nice room, Comfortable bed, stone throw away to the mall. As for food, enough choices for breakfast, breads, fruits, vegetables, local delicacies are being offered. Can’t complain for more. Will definitely stay again if return to Davao.

Limited since this is only a 1 night stay and I just found out I left my blazer but no one from Seda Abreeza called. Even upon check-out.
