Location is great. No problem with finding places to eat, transportation to go places, also walking distance to church. Staffs are very helpful from check in and check out time. Would recommend to friends to stay. Thanks.

Staying at Seda hotel was great. Nice room, Comfortable bed, stone throw away to the mall.
As for food, enough choices for breakfast, breads, fruits, vegetables, local delicacies are being offered. Can’t complain for more. Will definitely stay again if return to Davao.

飯店房間很大也很整潔乾淨，服務人員都很和善，飯店對面就是abreeza mall，地點很便利。
如果住的是行政套房還可至頂樓享用免費下午茶，好好放鬆。

住在這裡是舒適的..自助式早餐也很豐富.美味讓人流連忘返..缺點是客房隔音效果並不好..晚上隔壁房間談話聲音跟電視聲音會傳過來..比較讓人不滿意的是我住的那間竟然有一堆螞蟻..可能是個案也可能不是..最少我遭遇到了

This is a new hotel beside new abreeza mall in davao but without too much hotel management experience. The cleanness and some detail in hotel is not good enough and lack of twin double beds room. That category is not good for family checking in

This hotel has everything you need in one place. The rooms are clean, food is great and the hotel staff is amazing. I highly recommend staying here short or long term and it’s conveniently located across from Abreeza Ayala mall.
