飯店位於舊城區，步行即可抵達還劍湖附近的景點，例如大教堂和水上木偶戲表演。附近有很多小吃攤。不過，大廳沒有公共廁所，所以退房後就不能再使用洗手間了。飯店員工很熱情。

房間比圖片上顯示的要舊。床鋪潮濕，品質很差。整體衛生狀況不佳。唯一的優點是地理位置優越，位於舊城區中心，出遊和觀光都很方便。不適合帶孩子的家庭入住。

Trong phòng không có điện thoại tổng đài, không có chốt khoá bên trong, máy lạnh không lạnh

Phòng khá sạch sẽ nhân viên dễ thương, tuy nhiên khi phòng máy lạnh hư thì tới đêm thứ 2 vẫn không sửa cũng không chịu đổi phòng mà đòi đưa máy quạt xãi đỡ, rất khó chịu, phải nói đến 3 lần mới chịu đổi phòng khác, trong khi trước đó thì nhất định nói là hết phòng rồi

I was very satisfied in the first stay so I booked this hotel again for my second business trip. However, the staffs weren't as good as before, I felt less comfortable. Anyway, it's good enough for the price. P/s: the hotel should buy a new iron because it was too old and broken that burned my t-shirt

All staffs are lovely and very friendly, beautiful and clean room, good breakfast (yummy), but have no mineral water. However, I'm impressed this hotel.

Great service, all hotel staff is very friendly and informative. Perfect location, located in the center of old quarter area -- very near the Saint Joseph Church and Hoan Kiem Lake. Although the restaurant is quite small, the breakfast's choices were great and enough for one meal. Recommend to stay here. It's a great choice for staying in Hanoi.
