河內市中心飯店

距離各處著名的景點都很近，步行即可。

住在五樓，門鎖一敲就開了，根本不能鎖，晚上睡覺沒有安全感，飯店提供的保險箱相當輕，直接整個拿走就可以把錢偷走了，相當不愉快，而且臨時加一人的費用與開一間房間差不多了，實在是糟糕的體驗。

原訂4房，當晚只提供3房，讓我們臨時拼湊合併，夫妻房還要多住進另一個人，而且少給的1房之退費價差也爭取了好久...。另外，安排市區導覽，原安排6處景點(收費35美元)，因為下雨只跑了2處，卻不退費！

因為網路訂房4間只給三間房，很明顯是超賣，入住時跟我說給我們升級家庭房，只給三間雙人雙床，我門需要的是房間不是床位，最後只好委屈併房，要店家退一個房間價錢，超不爽的！

浴室滿小的，感覺房間沒有特別乾淨，房間內附的棉被居然沒用床包套著，棉被很髒不太敢直接蓋，但是人員服務態度非常好，會幫忙提行李。如果只是想找個地方過夜是ok,但如果對整潔度有要求的話就不推薦唷

酒店真的特别好，服务生有礼貌，旅店干净整洁，虽然小但是服务周到，陪孩子来考雅思，离考点也很近，早餐超级赞！

已經預付了兩晚的住宿，到了之後說賣光了轉別的飯店，另一間飯店正在裝修，滿樓梯都是粉塵，安排了八樓房間，住了兩晚，爬上兩次八樓的樓梯，都說電梯壞了。

服務人員很親切

The staff are very helpful and friendly to provide sightseeing information. The breakfast is good. The room are clean and comfortable. The hotel has lift so it is good for travelers with suitcase.

The staff are always there for you and take care of our needs With natural smile. I did not buy tour package from them but their hospitality stay the same. This hotel really make me feel like home ,feel safe.

Wonderful stay in hanoi. Staff are very helpful and friendly, they offered help very proactively as well. Safety briefing and transport booking were made by staff in a proactive manner to prevent us from scammer. With these warm service, it feels like home here.

Nice small hotel very friendly welcome We were late check in they still wait us very appreciated

This Hotel has incredible service. After Check-in, we had welcome drinks and the manager gave us a detailed explanation in Hanoi sightseeing. Besides, our booked room was a bit small for three persons, he kindly gave us an upgrade to the honeymoon suite! This is wonderful!On Christmas day, they were so warm to give us Christmas card and gift. The breakfast there were very good, with authentic Vietnamese food and free room service food delivery. When we were in a hurry to go out, they could provide us delicious breakfast in a short time. At check out, they helped us to hire a car to Noi Bai Airport, the car was an high class vehicle, but the fare was a bit less than hiring a taxi. This is incredible.

Good location of the hotel and good service.

The arrangement of the hotel is bad. I have booked the hotel for 2 nights. Once i got to the hotel，the hotel was full and for the first night， i had to move to another splendid chain hotel and for the second night，i had to move back to the original hotel. The arrangement is not acceptable. On the other hand，there were mosquito and ants in the hotels. Cleanliness is just fair. However，the breakfast provided is excellent. Many choice of breakfast is served even many choice of vietnam style breakfast. Also，the staff is friendly and welcome.

Helpful and nice staff convenient location comfortable room

We stayed there for two nights and it was comfy and I had to say they have a great breakfast and a lot of choices. We arrived Hanoi from Sapa really early and they let us check in a bit earlier than normal check in time. The location is fantastic, it's near to the church and awesome foods around this hotel.
