Hotel mudah diakses, kamar luas, TV jadul, AC dingin, sarapan not bad, di samping lobby ada resto dengan menu beragam, hotel agak setengah tua tapi oke lah dengan harga segitu.

The stay was great, but for some unknown reasons, my room did not get cleaned on our last night. I complained to the front office and it was sorted out pretty quickly but only to a minimum service such as the trash bins were emptied, shampoo/soap were added (which we didn't actually need). Other than that it was not possible to do because 'all the cleaning staff had left'. Had this not occurred, it would have been a perfect stay, but I would recommend staying in this hotel. PS: Don't miss out on their airport transfer, very good and very helpful indeed 👍🏻.

Strategic place, free shuttle, and comfort food for Indonesian people

The lighting in the room is not bright, maybe affected by the room color, it's gloomy. Please check the bathroom door because it was locked from the inside, and we asked someone to open it. The ironing board is bad, breakfast is delicious and has lots of choices.

Sangat senang menginap di Hotel Badi'ah, kami menginap 2 malam, dari resepsionis dan karyawan ramah dan cepat, check in cepat, pelayanan cepat, karena kami bertiga dengan anak, dapet tambahan ranjang, kamar bersih, luas, makanan variasi. Enak. Hanya sayangnya hari ke 2 setelah kamar dibersihkan dapat 1 handuk yang jelek, beberapa bagian handuk sudah mau robek. Saya kok heran hotel sudah hampir perfect. Tapi masih kelewat 1 handuk yang jelek. Untungnya handuknya bersih. Jadi yah kami fun sajalah. Oh iya lebih senang lagi lift nya dari kamar bisa langsung ke basement tempat parkir, kami bisa cepat ke kamar tanpa lewat lobi lagi. Thanks Hotel Badi'ah. Kalau kami ke Brunei kami pasti Menginap di sana lagi.

We got assisted by Mr. Darren, he's very great and responsive. We got airport transfer both arrive & depart, you can contact the hotel through email and staff will be replied to you. They will offer you the tour as well. The room spacious, clean, neat, the breakfast also yummy ❤️. The location somewhat far from airport but worry not because of no jam thus the distance looked near. There is a supermarket behind the hotel and just 3 mins walk there is the one mall with food court in it, on top of that there also have beauty store, snacks, supermarket as well.

Nice hotel, neqr a lot of plaza and restaurant, and have free ride service to airport.
