レセプションの対応はスピーディーで無駄がありません。
部屋は広く必要なものはすべてそろっています。
トイレのフラッシュが、使用後時々水が止まらなくなるので、メンテナンスが必要なところもありますが、全体的にとても快適に過ごすことができました。

房間很髒感覺根本沒打掃，廁所的乾濕分離是假的，洗澡的水會流到馬桶旁邊，整個地板都是濕的，棉被也超級潮濕，像把吸滿水的抹布蓋在身上，兩個房間中間有可以互通的小門，隔壁的聲音很容易就傳過來超級吵，外面的汽車噪音也很大聲，冷氣一下冷一下不冷，冰箱也是一直發出各種奇怪的聲音，整體來說住的很不舒服。

從訂房開始就非常積極協助機場接駁以及旅遊行程安排，服務很好。
房間雖不是很新但是整理的很乾淨、冷氣很涼、熱水很熱而且水量充足，以性價比 無可挑剔。

The beds are big & the hotel upgraded our room. It would be better if a door can be added to the shower area in the bathroom to avoid the water spreads out on the floor of the toilet. The room is big, clean & tidy. The location of the hotel is good. There are many restaurants & a supermarket nearby that you can access by walking.

This hotel is excellent! Though it is a bit far away from the city centre, you can request for the transfer to anywhere you want in the city.
The room is large and is of high standard, with modern facilities. Wifi and English TV channels available. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. The Delifrance at G/F has a wide range of cuisines for choosing.

Pick up service from the airport was excellent. The staff was super friendly and helpful with everything. Spacious room, good ac, good shower. The room and the whole hotel could use a little brush-up though. Breakfast was ok to start the day with. Surroundings slightly awkward but safe, and with many dining options and a super market. Short, a bit shady walk to the city center (not lit/proper walk way all the time), safe though.

The hotel has a convenient free airport shuttle and is in walking distance of the main sights and waterfront in the city so it’s a real win for a short stay… just request a room at the back of the hotel as the front is on a busy road so can be quite noisy.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were great, friendly and forthcoming. Reception staff were not friendly and not always that helpful.
Free airport shuttle is great.
Breakfast is 3/10, hot food was cold and mainly fried, no light healthy options, even fruit was scarce although very available in Brunei.
Beds are comfy, but the rooms are old and the floor was very worn and scuffed, iron board was ripped and stained. Bathroom tiles are old and mouldy in corners.
Limited TV channels, but could log into Netflix and YouTube available. Free Wifi in rooms and public areas with good reception.
Totally recommend Gadong Night Market for dinner (approx 2.5km) cash only. Freshly made affordable street food widely used by locals with plenty of areas to sit. Kept very clean.
