Located strategist close to the highway, just takes 15 minutes to get to the center of the city & mosque omar 'ali syaifuddien. The hotel is cool & the breakfast is nice. Recommended really for those looking for lodging in brunei

I spent 3 nights here. Overall, it's a nice hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! The breakfast varied each day and was consistently excellent!! After a lot of walking, it was great to relax by the pool!! One thing to keep in mind is that it's a bit of a walk to and from downtown. However, the 42 or 45 buses stop right at the hotel, making it quite convenient!

Shuttle service was not accessible from airport and limiting going to airport. Not a comfortable lobby and restaurant and breakfast very average. Lots of decent shopping, restaurants, etc in the area.

Most important thing for was the interaction with the staff which I found to be fantastic. I also got free transportation to the airport on my departure. The only issue I had was the inability to get a power adapter for my Australian V shaped phone and the laptop charger to work. They could not help me get one from their service desk. I had to walk into many shops to look for one and I found one with help from many people. I left my adapter in the reception area telling them they could give it to the next overseas visitor.
