房間很髒感覺根本沒打掃，廁所的乾濕分離是假的，洗澡的水會流到馬桶旁邊，整個地板都是濕的，棉被也超級潮濕，像把吸滿水的抹布蓋在身上，兩個房間中間有可以互通的小門，隔壁的聲音很容易就傳過來超級吵，外面的汽車噪音也很大聲，冷氣一下冷一下不冷，冰箱也是一直發出各種奇怪的聲音，整體來說住的很不舒服。

從訂房開始就非常積極協助機場接駁以及旅遊行程安排，服務很好。 房間雖不是很新但是整理的很乾淨、冷氣很涼、熱水很熱而且水量充足，以性價比 無可挑剔。

Nice area, big room, supermarket, some good food shop to enjoy, they all just behind the hotel. Hotel staffs are warm and help.

The beds are big & the hotel upgraded our room. It would be better if a door can be added to the shower area in the bathroom to avoid the water spreads out on the floor of the toilet. The room is big, clean & tidy. The location of the hotel is good. There are many restaurants & a supermarket nearby that you can access by walking.

酒店客房很大很舒適，對面有幾間華人開的餐廳，但位置就不近市區，不過我們自駕遊 所以冇咩所謂。

This hotel is excellent! Though it is a bit far away from the city centre, you can request for the transfer to anywhere you want in the city. The room is large and is of high standard, with modern facilities. Wifi and English TV channels available. Hotel staff is extremely helpful. The Delifrance at G/F has a wide range of cuisines for choosing.

Overall is good

I like the hotel only once wasn't so pretty ... the Wi-Fi was bad. Sometimes I couldn't work. And the rooms not so bright. The stuff was very friendly. The breakfast was acceptable. There was something for everyone, but the melon was the most delicious. Good is also the swimming pool. I also appreciated that there are two restaurants within the hotel: a simple restaurant offering good local cuisine, and a very refined Japanese restaurant catering to more discerning tastes. Hotel guests receive a 20% discount at the Japanese restaurant. I dined at the Japanese restaurant five times, and the food was delicious every time. On some days, making a reservation is recommended.

Great location that was walkable to tourist and local.areas. Staff wonderful and helpful.

You can easily reach the mosque and city center from a footbridge near to the property, Google maps shows walking all the way around via streets. The room was spacious and the bedding and bathroom clean, but the overall room was not The baseboards and corners were all visibly dusty. The pool really needed a good cleaning and all the decking was not very clean either. The breakfast had several choices, but all the upholstered chairs were really stained. The staff was really efficient and welcoming. I did arrange the airport shuttle to the airport for $15 BD, it went very smoothly and priced in line with Grab. The attached cafe had good food, and there are several other restaurants nearby. Property really needs a deep clean.
