房間內有明顯的灰塵……視線盲區和椅子上積滿了灰塵。客房服務員不太愛乾淨，也沒有認真打掃房間……我向前台反映了這個問題，前台提出可以幫我換房間。

很棒的飯店，每次來檳城度假都會選擇這裡，最重要的是空調很涼爽，停車也很方便。

這裡地理位置絕佳，非常適合我去檳城出差。靠近超市和餐廳。

飯店非常乾淨，浴室地面也不滑，雖然沒有餐廳，但附近有很多餐廳。員工很友好，服務也很好，我很喜歡。

和 Coffee Bean 在同一棟大樓。 Lotus 旁邊可以買到折扣商品（和 DIY 材料）。附近有一家大型超市（看起來不是清真超市）。還有必勝客、麥當勞和 Happy Mart。

隔壁是蓮花百貨，您可以在那裡購買促銷商品。

Good location, clean hotel, friendly staff. Hotel room is small and the parking lot is open air behind the hotel. There is a CBTL attached to the hotel and you can order directly from your room.

Just need to improve about staff PR. I just feel unwelcome when arrived to the hotel. Other than that all OK.

Mau pulang, cepat ke bandara jadi inap di sini. Sebelah hotel ada Lotus (seperti Hypermart), lumayan pasti ada beberapa barang yang di diskon. McD, PizzaHut, Mixue ada di dekat-nya. Pujasera besar bisa jalan kaki. Ada Nasi Kandar (India)

Saya check in jam 2 AM, resepsionis ready membantu. Lokasi tidak jauh dari Setia Spice, tempat kegiatan saya selama di Penang. Di depan hotel ada bus stop, salah satu opsi untuk transportasi dengan mudah dan terjangkau.

Had a great one-night stay here. Parking is provided, nearby convenience stores and restaurants. The room is a bit small but suitable for a short-term stay.

I chose to stay at this hotel because it was close to my nephew's university, so there was no need to go far when my nephew visited. And around the hotel there are many choices of restaurants/places to eat. With the relative price, this is my choice when coming to Penang.

Hotelnya sesuai dengan harga. Lokasinya dekat dengan supermarket dan food court jadi sama sekali tidak kesulitan mencari makan dan oleh-oleh cokelat dan lain-lain.
