The checkin staff was amazing. Ive stayed here dozens of times thru the years. Always a nice place to go. The TV in our room only got 2 channels, and our air conditioner didnt work. This place is sadly doing downhill. The sauna in the mens changeroom doesnt work anymore. And hasnt for a long time, but the one in the womens does. Beds were clean, had a good night of sleep. The fridge in the room we had (room 108) didnt work properly. Cant believe theyre letting this place go like this. The hottub was absolutely gross, the pool is loosing all the paint in the bottom. Paint peeling from the bridge over the pool on the bottom along with rust makes for a sore and sad sight. Ill still come back, as i really like this place, and the room was clean, but they really need to start doing repairs and maintenance on the property. Wondering if they may end up having to close their doors.

Rooms could use some updating bathroom wasn’t nice

The hotel was ok just to use the bed for the weekend. The gym only has an elliptical and 1 weight machine. The elliptical was very old and where you place your feet was broken. The packing lot was a ice rink. When the front desk was told around noon they said ok and never got it salted and it just got worse. The arcade didnt havr anoigh tokens for everyone in therr so you had to wait for them. And thrle person working there was also taking care of the bar so never knew where she was.

The hotel staff are very courteous and helpful. The rooms are clean but could use some updating. Beds were ok. I would return to this hotel.

Hot breakfast items were cold. Waffle maker looks like is hasn’t been cleaned in years.

Our room wasn't ready at check in. We had to wait until 4:30pm. The parking lot was an ice rink with huge icicles hanging from their eavestroughs, so you couldn't park in front of hotel. The ice machine wasn't working. We legit pulled icicles hanging from our balcony for our drinks! The bed was broken off the box, so when you sat on the end, it tilted up. Overall, I will never book this Inn again.

The room hadn’t been cleaned properly- used soap still in shower Also, bed was very lumpy and hard And an electrical buzzing noise all night and day.

Didn’t get into our room until close to 5 pm as ours wasn’t “cleaned” other people who got to hotel later than us were able to get in.. with saying that we were not the only group who had this issue as there were others waiting. Apparently only some of the hotel is accessible as our room was on the third floor so the luggage cart was useless. The ice machines were all broken. The restaurant didn’t open til 5 pm and has a very limited menu of bar food ( 12 items to choose from) the top item being wings and they had told us they didn’t have as they were sold out.. we got there at 5:15 so obviously sold out from the night before.

We couldn’t even check in our room until 5 pm because they weren’t ready. Check in was supposed to be at 3 pm. Hotel is extremely outdated and common areas don’t appear to be clean, extremely dirty windows and hot tub area seemed unsanitary. Dead plants in the lobby. Will not return.

Room was cleaning. Stains in the bathtub and sink. Toilet handle not really secure. Place to sleep and that's all.

The staff were very helpful and courteous! Plus, very happy with our room and the buffet breskfast.

Every staff member was kind and helpful! The location was great! The pool was open till 10pm which was nice! Our room was pretty dated, but clean!

Room was clean and quiet at night. Attendant at check-in not very friendly or helpful (checked in at 3pm). Checkout attendant (11am) was very courteous. Parking lot was a mess...needed to be plowed.
