Although it was off a major road, it was in a quiet area and very easy to access, with stores and a LCBO a few minutes walk.
The pool was refreshing and clean and opened from 7 am to 10 pm. The breakfast buffet was appetizing with hot eggs, bacon & sausage, plus fruit, cereal, waffles, yogurt, toast & muffins, juice, milk, a fancy coffee machine, peamut butter, jam, etc. which they kept topped up from 7 to 10 am.
Room was large and noise free with a dual heater/air conditioner and black out curtains. Beds were comfortable with 4 pillows and warm sheets. Bathroom shower had a great spray and perfect water temperature.
Front desk personnel were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

This was the first time we have stayed here. The staff was super friendly, helpful and efficient from the front desk to the housekeeping staff. The hotel was quiet, the pool area tidy and clean. The breakfast had a variety of foods both hot and cold. The coffee was subpar but there are lots of options not far from the hotel to get a good cup of coffee or bring your own. All in all a good place to stay!

I have stayed at this property several times. The rooms are clean and bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly and super helpful. They gave us some great recommendations for restaurants and local activities/events that were happening during our stay, The breakfast is great - a full hot breakfast with many options to choose from. The location is ideal - close to the highway and plenty of shopping nearby.

This property have not given back my deposit for the night I stated. When I checked out I wasn't asked for my debit card to get my deposit back. She just told me to make sure I came to the desk to check out. The first room I got the tv didn't work and she basically was calling me a liar. She did change my room but only after she argued with me that no body else complained about the tv and she said she was in that room watching it. Worst frigging experience ever man

ol is big and heated. Hot tub is nice but could use some updating. Rooms are well kept and clean. Oh and we were plesently surprised that there were saunas in both men and womans change room in pool area.

Cannot beat the location of you are travelling. Easy off highway, easy on. Pool is large and warm. Hot tub is doesn’t work great. Breakfast had what we needed. We stay every year on our way through.

This stay was nothing short of disgusting. We did not complete our stay due to the lack of cleaning.
Check-in was easy, I’ll say that. Staff was friendly.
Upon entry to our suite, our noses were assaulted by the smell of musty carpets, dirty feet and wet dog. Bathroom floor was still covered in dirt, doors and many trimmings had paint chipped and peeling and overall the place was just shabby.
We were prepared to suffer through and went on with our day off site. Upon returning to our room in the evening, we were getting ready to settle in. The sheets still smelled of a previous guest (or ten). The smell of BO is pretty clear. That was the straw that broke us. I returned the keys at midnight and we drove the 90 minutes home. There isn’t much “quality” to be found at the “Quality Inn”

The pool was out of order for the entire week! And the pool was a main reason we booked this hotel and I believe that should have been properly communicated before we booked. The room smelled musty, the furniture was chipped, ceiling water stained, there was mold on the frames in the bathroom and ripped carpets. Ice machine out of order. No direct access to the room they gave us. Garbage on the property and weird dirty windows. I have lots of photo proof. I would like a refund.

The room we stayed in was not clean we found someone else’s socks under bed, the fridge was not clean , only stayed one night so I don’t think they clean the rooms that good ! Pool was nice but that was about it.

The hot tub could have been cleaner
Our hotel room could have been cleaner. A dirty charge cord was left plugged in and hanging in our washroom outlet....I am assuming it may have been one of the cleaning staffs. There was also smudged dirty fingerprints on the bathroom tap. Our fridge kept making loud clunking noises throughout our stay. The pool area and showers were very clean and the pool was a good temperature. Front end Staff who checked me in...her name was Toni....was absolutely amazing.

When we called ahead of time, we had asked for an early check-in and a crib. The staff were super helpful and said they would do their best, which we completely understand, as it was out of their control. When we arrived at the hotel, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was no crib. It smelled like cigarettes and dog. After waiting at the front desk for extra sheets and towels, the only staff member had to go to the other end of the building to retrieve them after assisting other clients with check-in. Breakfast was very minimal, and we did not attend. 4-5 baseball teams were staying at the hotel. The kids very much enjoyed the pool as we were the only ones there at 6:30 pm on a Saturday.

The restaurant was closed for renovations but no mention of that on the website so there was also no "full buffet breakfast". The games room was also closed for renovations. Also not mentioned in the website. No change in room price. When I commented to the staff that the pool and games room was why I came with my young kids and wouldn't have booked otherwise, they said "we just work here, take it up with mgmt" but mgmt isn't on the property to talk to. And that was after the one rep had to ask the other rep to actually look up and check us in when we arrived. He initially just ignored us. I paid over $300 for a basic room. There is masking tape on the hall walls, there are 2 pieces of equipment in the "gym" and one is broken and the pieces were ying all over the floor, there were beer cans lying in the hall window sils, the ice maker was "out of service". Our room reeked like smoke and there were ants in the bathroom. From the outside, half of the sign to the restaurant is missing and the landscaping is overgrown, it looked like it was closed when we pulled up if it wasn't for cars in the lot. The ceiling above the pool is half missing/falling down. It was a DUMP. We drove hours to get there and they didn't tell us anything was closed until after we checked in. Don't waste your money. Stay somewhere else.
