住宿位置優越，附近就有7-Eleven便利商店，前往碼頭也很方便。房間很乾淨，不過浴室看起來有點舊。早餐以西式為主。工作人員服務周到。

Khách sạn ngay trung tâm bến tàu Tonsai rất tiện lợi, nhân viên nhiệt tình thân thiện, phòng ốc sạch sẽ.

The room was clean, nice view, very near to the pier, beach and walking street bla bla bla. The staff (Man boy) was very helpful and kind to the guest. The women receptionist at the front wasn't quite interested the guest. Actually I had changed the date to check in and tried to contact to hotel. I had called at least 5-10 times per once and I don't know why it was so hard to contact the hotel so you much improve these and it will be the best. Overall it was OK.

Good hotel to stay, not far from anywhere, not to expensive, breakfast not bad, room clean.

Nice resort. Hope that have soup or more Thai food for breakfast buffet.

โชคดีที่ไม่ได้มาในช่วงไฮซีซั่นเลยได้ราคาห้องพักถูก ที่พักอยู่ใกล้กับอ่าวต้นไทร เดินไม่กี่สิบก้าวก็ถึงพนักงานต้อนรับบริการดี ห้องพักดีมากๆ เตียงก็นุ่ม อาหารเช้าดีมาก อร่อยมาก มีหลากหลายให้เลือกทั้งอาหารไทยที่เป็นข้าวผัดกับผัดซีอิ๊ว หรือจะแบบอเมริกันเบรกฟาสต์ ถ้าได้ไปเกาะพีพีดอนอีก จะกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอนค่ะ

โรงแรมสวยค่ะ อยู่ติดทะเล ห้องมืดเล็กน้อย สระน้ำไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่สิ่งที่ประทับใจมากคือพนักงานน่ารักมาก ให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก แนะนำร้านอาหารและแพ็คเกจเรือให้เราดีมาก มีความเป็นกันเอง อาหารก็อร่อยค่ะ ทั้งอาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นกินที่นี่ ประทับใจมาก รวมถึงขอชื่นชมความซื่อสัตย์ของพนักงานมากค่ะ เนื่องจากเพื่อนลืมของไว้ที่ร้านอาหาร พนักงานก็เก็บไว้ให้ โดยรวมคือประทับใจมากค่ะ หากมาเที่ยวเกาะพีพีอีกจะมาพักที่นี่ค่ะ

Khách sạn sạch, đẹp. Vị trí ngay bãi biển thuận lợi. Từ bến tàu có thể đi bộ tới khách sạn. Nhân viên thân thiện, nhiệt tình chia sẻ các địa điểm vui chơi trên đảo khi làm thủ tục check-in.

Good to be there and ambiance is commendable

good reception, I love in Phi Phi Banya Nilla espeacially fitness center

Good location. But a staff at the front office makes me feel not welcomed. That's all I can say.
