Great pool and location! Shower has hot water. Gym is also good. Breakfast with sea view. Good value for money!

Loved it; perfect; no notes

The property was nothing like the photos advertised. It felt run down and lacked the atmosphere of a true resort. Our bathroom had ants on the counter and sink, and the room door had a large gap underneath that we had to block with a towel each night. Around the walkways, cockroaches were a common sight, which made the stay uncomfortable. The front desk staff gave the impression that they weren’t very interested in helping, though the cleaning staff were genuinely kind and attentive. Another inconvenience was the key system: only one key card is provided per room, and it must be handed in at the front desk every time you leave. The electricity is tied to the key card, meaning the air conditioning only runs when you’re inside. I had to specifically request a workaround so the AC could stay on while we were out. Overall, the experience was disappointing. We left after two nights despite booking three, and didn’t mind losing the money—that’s how strongly we felt about not staying longer. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property or return in the future. My daughter loved all the cats around the grounds.

Fine rene værelser, ok morgenmad. Godt og serviceminded personale. Bygningerne og værelserne er ikke nye mere og kunne trænge til en makeover.

Kiva allasalue, sujuva asiointi henkilökunnan kanssa. Huoneeseen kuuluva aamiainen oli runsas ja monipuolinen. Huoneen ovi parvekkeelle ei emmyt kokonaan kiinni, minkä vuoksi huoneeseen pääsi hyttysiä. Vessassa oli pari pientä muurahaista ja yksi ötökkä.

Lovely hotel Maybe need a few more beds around the pool only had 6 in total. Nice size gym. We didn’t stay long enough to enjoy the hotel as only stayed 2 nights and that was enough for me in Phi Phi.

The staff were amazing! There was some confusion about our rooms being in separate buildings but the ladies on reception sorted this out very quickly and professionally! The reception staff are a true credit to the hotel! The porters were always there with a smile and the breakfast team were great too! Breakfast was a great mix of fresh fruit, salad, bread items as well as an egg station and Thai options too. We were sad to leave because we had such a great time! The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the pier and is centrally located for everything. Thanks for making the end of our holiday in Thailand so amazing!!

Location wise, this is a great hotel - few minutes walk from the port and surrounded by restaurants and bars, while still being quiet in the hotel itself. The pool area was quite poor - lacking beds, very unclean. The room was a good size, but also was not cleaned properly. Mild warning that there is also no air conditioning in the gym.

Værelsets stand var noget dårlig. Gammelt og slidt. Sengen var rigtig hård. Rengøringen kunne helt sikkert være bedre. Poolområdet var rigtig fint. Dog kun 6-7 solstole til hele hotellet. Morgenmaden var rigtig god med flot udsigt til strand og vand. Der var et rigtig fint tilhørende fitnesscenter. Hotellets placering var genial ift. hovedbyen. Masser af muligheder for indkøb og spisning. Der var begrænset larm fra barer.

Das Hotel war im Thai stil aufgebaut ,wir lieben so etwas Das Personal war sehr nett Überhaupt der Bellboy war fabelhaft ,er hat uns sehr geholfen ,als das mit unseren Ticket nach Ao nang nicht klappte ,zimmer sehr sauber Nachteil war zu wenig Liegen am Pool

Veldig koselig uteområdet, men rommene hadde middelmådig standard. Problem med toalett som ikke sluttet å flushe og aircondition som ikke kunne justeres. Hyggelige ansatte som hjalp til med å bære baggasje fra piren. Var ikke plaget av støyet i gatene.

Do not stay here under any circumstances. Without exaggeration, this is one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. Although the location is good, it does not make up for anything else. The noise level is unbearable: on one hand, an absurd number of frogs that make it impossible to sleep all night, and on the other, the old air-conditioning units that produce constant and loud noise. The minibar is also extremely noisy, making rest even more difficult. The hotel is not dirty, but it is completely neglected — worn facilities, poor maintenance, and an overall lack of care. On top of that, there is an unpleasant smell throughout the property and the rooms are poorly lit, making the atmosphere feel dark and uncomfortable. The photos are very misleading: in reality everything is much smaller than it appears online and far more run-down and poorly maintained. The staff’s service was very poor, unfriendly, and not helpful at all. The breakfast is basic and offers nothing special. The only redeeming feature was the pillows, which were comfortable. Everything else was a very negative experience. I would not return and would not recommend it to anyone.
