Great stay all around!

Warm friendly check-in is fantastic. Comfy beds, clean bathroom, and decent breakfast options.

Modern fairly busy hotel with a small but useable pool and plenty of parking. Restaurant food not much more than average but only fast food chains in walking distance so need to drive for anything better.

The hotel is not the quality of other Hilton hotels I have stayed at. It was disappointing, no air conditioning and a very tired pool.

We stayed at this hotel with our baby and our parents and unfortunately the air conditioning in both of our rooms were not working. This made the room uncomfortable, especially during the night, and was very disappointing for a family stay. If he hotel was already aware of these faults, the room should not have been allocated to guests, particularly with a baby. Due to late night check-in and us being tired from long travel, we did not bother reporting but this kind of problem should have been checked before check-in. If it was hotel wide issue, they should have sent us early notice, so that we could have arranged accomodation elsewhere. I hope the hotel improves communication and room checks in future, as this affected our experience significantly, especially my parents.

Friendly helpful staff. Bedsheets were stained throughout. Most annoyingly it was roasting in the room, even with ventilation and 2 fans the room was an oven with no way to turn on the AC

Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, clean everywhere. We went half board and the £30 dinner allowance was great. The food was delicious (especially the lasagne), breakfast was phenomenal, great choice of hot and cold food. Swimming pool was lovely and the gym looked well equipped. Will definitely stay there again.

Clean and staff very helpful

Hotel is okay, I can’t say it’s great though. Been here many times over the past few years and always had some discomfort: from loud noise of the outdoor fans to burnt burgers or the staff forgetting about my in-room order and having to wait for 1.5h. The latest experience was good in terms of the room but food.. had one bite of my pasta and that’s it.

Great location great facilities, very clean and staff very helpful

Fantastic stay, room was very comfortable and as a coeliac I requested a gluten free breakfast not from the buffet, as never trust buffet tongs when there are gluten containing items about… Tiff was fantastic and incredibly knowledgable, putting me at ease and confident about the food I received. Only stayed in passing to break a long journey but if ever in the area again then its definitely on my list of places to stay again!

On arrival the team were very welcoming and we received a lovely warm cookie. Throughout our stay the staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good

You have to go looking for staff, reception desk and bar, all good when you find them. More light in the rooms is needed, controlled by the main switch, over the dresser and the main floor area.
