Glad we chose to stay here at Palm Grass hotel mainly because of its location. Walkable to Metro supermarket, Colonnade mall, Basilica of Santo Nino and Magellans Cross, and we even walked the streets going to pier uno where we rode a ferry going to Tagbilaran, Bohol. This hotel is easily accessible by jeepneys with the help of the hotel's very accommodating staffs. They teach us what jeepney number to ride to reach our destination. The room was perfectly spacious. Cable and air conditioning unit was great. Bed linens were clean as well as the bathroom. Minor issue is a busted bulb and little roaches in the bathroom. Generally, I would still recommend this hotel when in Cebu. Good location, and worth the price. Thank you, Palm Grass!

The hotel was conveniently located near many popular attractions and restaurants, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and plenty of amenities like a mini fridge and electric kettle. Overall, I would definitely recommend Palm Grass Heritage Hotel to anyone visiting Cebu City. It offers great value for the price, with comfortable rooms and excellent amenities in a convenient location.

Sone cockroach were in our room crawling in table and toilet.

Culturally inclined hotel. Rooms are big with complete fixtures. Eco friendly and everything is just perfect. Very very affordable. I'm coming back.

This accommodation has a good location, good service. But the wifi signal was very very weak.

The room is okay. The basic amenities are complete although we had a problem as there was no bidet. Also, the room is not that cold. Like, I've tried the lowest setting but to no avail. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. Overall, we had a great stay and I think it was really worth the price.

Hotel was in good location. Great facilities as well. Breakfast is not bad. The only thing I hated though, is that a key card was to be used for everything. From the power in the room, to the elevator etc. so we had to go together like all of us in the family. Could’ve been better if the elevator was also just free to use so we can go separately with roommates for as long as we want. But I think that’s for security reasons too but whatever. But nonetheless it was a good stay and great place to be

Next time, though there is no "Do not Disturb" at the doorknob, do not enter the room without the guest consent. Also, please tell the guest after they check in and before they left the front desk that there is someone will makeup the room everyday. But aside from this, everything's perfect, especially the location. ❤️

The staffs are accommodating/helpful! We have arrived early/ late check-out and they let us left our baggage on the storage area, free! Quick response to our room request as well. We like our room, the decor is unique and good room ventilation. Breakfast buffet is good and their dipping (small) pool has a nice view. Walking distance to Magellan's Cross and a lot of available resto/fast food within the vicinity. It is a great stay within the small budget.

Everything was perfect except for the breakfast, few selection and not so freshly cooked, some are already dry and hard to eat. But very nice hotel, highly recommendable!

What we like most of our stay here was the bed. It was so soft and comfortable. What I hate about my stay here was the breakfast buffet it has limited options and was not delicious.

Super nice, family friendly yun place favorite ko yun dipping pool nila sa ibabaw and super romantic yun ambiance sa 7th floor na bar with city lights view.

Spent Christmas Eve at their roof deck with an awesome view of the city. The boodle experience was okay, wish there were more shrimps. The room was quite big for a standard room. Toiletries were lacking but were provided upon request. Kudos for the free book reading, great customer service and fast WiFi connection. Thank you Palm Grass Hotel!
