位置很方便 步行可達麥哲倫十字架及碼頭 房間乾淨 可惜浴室水不熱 水很小 但以價錢來說cp值高

飯店內辦理入住的員工很友善，床單清潔需再加強。離開時門口警衛不會幫忙與計程車司機溝通跳表與目的地，

It's dirty hotel which I never been. Hotel restaurant served cold food, and you've to wait for an hour.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, centrally located for downtown Cebu. Comfortable room….and roof top Resto bar. My favourite place to stay in Cebu

There was no hot water in the shower at any given time of day or night and there is a lot of noise from all around, rooms, bar, etc... the walls seem really thin or not soundproofed at all, i can ear TV from both neigboors and people scream , cannot sleep ! One more thing, they charge a fee if you bring your own lunch, they want you to buy at the hotel or you pay a tax, i know, its crazy, never experienced that anywhere before.

Convinience

I chose this hotel for its location. It is within walking distance of the places where I wanted to visit. There is a bit of wear and tear in the hotel but it is clean, the staff are friendly and helpful. Also I found the food in the restaurant to be great and reasonably priced. I had a very early checkout and the kitchen staff prepared me some food to go as I would miss the breakfast service. I would definitely stay here again if I am in Cebu City.

Aircon is slow cold and window is broken

Accueil correct il faut le souligner mais l’hôtel a besoin d’être rafraîchi ensuite le ménage est très mal fait le petit déjeuner est pas terrible mais cerise sur le gâteau douche froide jamais eu d’eau chaude, la lumière du jour dans la chambre on la voit pas trop, mais le pire c’est la salle de bain qui se transforme en piscine après la douche le joint de la cabine de douche est complètement rongé, on marche sur l’eau !!! Honnêtement déçu par cet hôtel en sachant que j’ai pas pour habitude d’être dur dans mes évaluations mais là c’est vraiment pas terrible et loin d’être comme sur les photos La liste du mécontentement est trop longue je ne vais pas m’épancher

Friendly staff, amazing breakfast, and right in the downtown

The room was horrible. Toilets did not flush, shower was clogged, bed was old and uncomfortable, the room was dark, very small window. No outside food is allowed in the hotel, this means no Grab orders or takeout allowed in your room. I would recommend staying somewhere else. The pictures on Hotels.com are not accurate at all.

La chambre est correcte, assez grande, mais un peu vieillissante. La douche n’était pas chaude, et c’était difficile de comprendre la raison du staff: une personne nous a dit qu’ils utilisaient des panneaux solaires pour l’eau chaude, donc forcément pas d’eau chaude le soir. Une autre personne a parlé de maintenance… au fait, il était difficile de communiquer en anglais avec le staff. Aussi, il y a un bar dans le rooftop. Ayant eu une chambre au 6ème étage (rooftop au 7ème), on entendait le bruit du bar karaoke jusqu’à 1h du matin un mardi. Donc, évitez les étages au dessus pour le bruit.
