從窗戶看出去我在低樓層只看到空調機器 所以沒有感覺很好 高樓層就很好

Clean room, Good breakfast, Easy check in and out. The only thing I would like to suggest them to improve is that the room I reserved is supposed to equip with a bathtub in the bathroom which posted on hotel.com. Obviously It doesn't.

The room was nice. I got pretty much unpacked and then I went to see the view from my window and encountered a view of satellite dishes and air conditioner units. Very disappointed, especially since this hotel calls itself a "Garden Inn". I was too tired to go downstairs and ask for a different room.

I paid for the breakfast through Expedia and apparently the staff there do not get communicated or informed and you have to declare it every day before you sit down for a breakfast that you otherwise have to pay for. My guests weren’t aware of this and were apparently asked to pay for breakfast on morning one and then just skipped breakfast for the next three days (I didn’t come down with them) so this was an unnecessarily costly add-on through Expedia.

The staff was amazing. They helped me with my luggage when my back was hurting, and the restaurant had wonderful food that I could take to my room, love that about this hotel!!

A very nice hotel

We stayed one night going and coming back from Washington. The hotel was very accommodating with our dog.

Bed pillows smell & need to be sanitized. Our room smelled like stinky feet

Nice location right off of freeway.

The stay was OK.

Assigned room was not made up by housekeeping. New room was sloppily cleaned and put together (bed sheets weren't even tucked). Property is nice and clean but housekeeping staff is terrible.

Checked in quickly, quiet and clean room. Day time front desk guy is always welcomes me and helps out.

HAPPY WITH OUR STAY AS ALWAYS.

Expedia made check-in inconvenient and confusing. They sent me a confirmation email of our room but the receptionist couldn't find it so we had to made a new reservation. The hotel room however was nice and good quality.

Dear Manager, Thank you to your amazing team for their hospitality. We had a great time at the local wineries my wife loved them. I got some fishing time in ;o) also. Great time in Medford!
