I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating. Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard. Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

The hotel location is good with good surrounding. The distance to Orchard MRT station is quite far, walking 15-20 minutes, but very close to the bus stop. To Changi Airport, you can take bus number 36 for only 2 dollars. Clean hotel, friendly staff, room with comfortable space, can express check out. Thank you Orchard Hotel, see you again!

Staff hotel sangat membantu bila ada yang kita perlukan. Jarak ke Orchard road lumayan kalau jalan kaki, sekitar 500meter tp deket situ ada tempat pemberhentian bus, jadi bisa naek bus kalau males jalan kaki

Saat cek in diarahkan cek jni mandiri di mesin gitu ternyata gk bisa akhirnya cek in manual, cek in saat perayaan imlek kemaren, dikasih gift dong kita 2 buah jeruk di kantong yg lucu gitu,, kamarnya bersih dan luas sayangnya gk sempat eksplore ke rooftopnya.

staf ramah selama menginap ac bermasalah sudah diperbaiki tp gak hidup lagi,jadi malas panggil teknisi ,air minum tidak tersedia,sepertiny harus ambil air kran lalu dimasak menggunakan alat yg tersedia,kamar sempit,pengap bau rokok padahal kami tidak merokok,untung saja masih ketolong staf yg ramah seharusny 3mlm tp 2mlm saja kami langsung check out krn gak tahan bau rokok n pengapny

Sangat menyenangkan dikasi coklat dan ucapan happy honeymoon tapi lupa foto. Kamarnya bersih meskipun gk luas, tp masih cukup utk berdua. Dan pd malam kedua tgh malam ada bunyi alarm semua kaget tp ternyata itu alarm yg salah, dan besoknya di kasih buah”an sbg tanda permintaan maaf dari pihak hotel, dan dihari terakhir kita dibolehkan latecekout sampai jam 12.30 siang. Thank you Orchad hotel, klo ke singapore lagi akan nginap disini.
