Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

We had really a great stay! Check in was fast! No deposit required. Beautiful lobby! Got a free upgrade to family room that come with a tent that my daughter love it so much! Extra bed for her to z too. The king bed is so big. They even send in anniversary card wishes and cakes for us! Staff are all so friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread is good too. Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back for sure! Thanks for everything!

Booked for my husband's belated birthday celebration. Got the early check in and late check out. No deposit required. Staffs are all very nice and helpful. We also received a complimentary chocolate cake slices with a birthday card from hotel. The pool is really big but no kiddy pool so families with kids please supervise your kids. 10-15mins walk from orchard MRT. Room is clean and spacious. Will come back in the future.

Nice stay at Orchard Hotel. Newly renovated room with safe, ironing board, hair dryer, kettle, bath robe, room slipper provided. Also equipped with toiletries, bottles of mineral water, coffee & tea sachets.

Stay was good, staff are all friendly and polite and that includes the housekeeping lady whom we simply walked past. Left a note on my booking reservation about my partner's birthday, and the front desk officer (Dominic) made sure to send 2 slices of cake along with a birthday card via room service! That meant that they had to make sure we are in the room before they sent the cake up, which is really thoughtful. Food at the orchard cafe is really good, plus sweet deal of 20% for in house guests. Overall, stay was pleasant especially with early check in and late check out! Will definitely visit again!

I stayed here for 3 days during my visit to Singapore. In terms of location, this hotel is very strategic, close to various restaurants and shopping centers. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel is not well-maintained. Starting from the hotel slippers that smelled terrible, to the bathroom tissue that also had an unpleasant odor. It was really frustrating.
Not only that, the hotel room itself is too cramped, especially the bathroom. They forced a small bathtub into the space, which is unnecessary and only makes the bathroom feel even more cramped. Moreover, they don’t provide mineral water. Instead, they only provide empty bottles that we have to fill with tap water to drink, which is absolutely inappropriate for a five-star hotel standard.
Additionally, the hotel staff is not very friendly; only a few of them are welcoming and smile, while the rest are rude and unfriendly. The only thing I enjoyed during my stay here was the breakfast. Almost all the food tasted good, and the menu was quite varied.

The hotel location is good with good surrounding. The distance to Orchard MRT station is quite far, walking 15-20 minutes, but very close to the bus stop. To Changi Airport, you can take bus number 36 for only 2 dollars. Clean hotel, friendly staff, room with comfortable space, can express check out. Thank you Orchard Hotel, see you again!
