基法魯家庭套房226號：主臥散發著死老鼠的臭味。我們向前台反映了情況，但他們只是道了歉。由於我實在無法忍受那股氣味，我最後只好和三個孩子睡在主臥裡，而我先生則睡在客廳的沙發上。

真是太棒了！ ！不只孩子會喜歡這裡，大人也會很興奮…飯店有很多有趣的活動👍

Good: 1. The room offers beautiful, relaxing views of giraffes and other animals. 2. The safari and night safari activities were awesome, well-planned, smooth, and very enjoyable. 3. We had a wonderful close-up experience with animals like peacocks and parrots, plus feeding giraffes, elephants, zebras, rabbits, and more. To be improved: 1. The receptionist seemed unprofessional, and the staff were not very friendly. 2. We understood from receptionist that private giraffe feeding was from 9:30 am to 11:00 am, but we were asked to leave by 10:30 am. 3. There was constant noise, like hammering or knocking, throughout the night. 4. The toilet bowl was clogged and couldn’t flush properly. 5. The phone line was out of service after maintenance.

Overall, it was a great stay here for a night. We did not expect the good room conditions as we knew it looked a bit outdated. Had buffet for dinner but to be honest it wasn't good as many dishes are duplicated. On the other hand, staff were really helpful and attentive and the view with animals was outstanding! These covered all downsides here.

Stayed for two nights in April 2024, booked the level one room due to fully booked on level two, but the view at level one was great too. Staff were all very friendly.

This hotel is perfect for those of you who want to experience a different experience, accompanied by cute animals and interesting shows. Highly recommended.

Kamar banjir saat hujan, posisi bawa 2 balita dipindah kamar harus kemas-kemas, begitu ready mobil penjemput lama sekali sampai kemalaman mau makan, staff ramah tapi fasilas tidak sesuai harga. Cukup sekali aja ke sini

Puas banget nginep di sini. Udah balik untuk ketiga kalinya. Kamar bersih. Staffnya pada ramah banget. Acara Ultah juga jadi meriah di sana berkat bantuan staffnya. Deffinetly coming back soon.

Kamar luas, bed empuk, bersih, bisa lihat jerapah dan zebra dari balkon. Restonya juga enak, makan bareng singa!

We enjoyed our 1 night stay here. What a wonderful experience especially for my kid-she loved watching and feeding those animal playing around from the balcony. Also friendly staff and tasty breakfast.

Pelayanannya bagus. Cuman mungkin karena curah hujannya tinggi, jadi lantainya berjamur, lemari berdebu banget dan selimut bantal kasur lembap. Mungkin bisa ditingkatkan lagi housekeeping nya ya. Sebelum tamu menempati kamar, kamarnya di bersihkan dulu.

Wake up to a view of African animals really is an amazing experience! We booked Swala room (ground floor) with connecting door and very satisfied. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Lobby is very near to park, so if you feel a little tired at the park, you can take a break at your room. Breakfast with lion is also very exciting. Overall we enjoyed every activities here.

Saya sangat berterimakasih sekali pada traveloka dan mara river, karena diberi kamar kifaru yang bisa lihat satwa langsung dari balik kamar, mungkin ini satu-satunya kamar kifaru yang viewnya langsung ke satwa, jadi sangat berkesan sekali terutama anak-anak saya. Pagi hari saat sarapan semua staff nya sangat baik dan ramah-ramah semua, saya bahkan dipilihkan meja yang dekat dengan lion. Terima kasih atas pengalaman yang sangat menyenangkan, recommended banget pokoknya.

Great, my children are very happy here. They can swim at swimming pool, they also can see wildebeest, deer and rhino from our bedroom. If you want enough time to have another experience, you should to on time check-in.

Terlalu banyak regulasi yang berbeda dari hotel bintang 5 lain misalnya breakfast hanya untuk 2dewasa tidak termasuk anak-anak jadi resort tidak ramah keluarga apa-apa dikenakan extra charge mohon agar kedepannya bisa diperbaiki dan lebih baik lagi.
