馬拉河野生動物園旅館

櫃檯客服態度不親切；房內設備浴室木板破損很危險，水管阻塞；火舞表演拍照，任由客人毫無秩序插隊缺乏管理！ 儘管有些許缺點，能在房間躺著就能近距離地欣賞動物加分不少，早餐有獅子陪吃飯也很特別。

Good thing is that the room can view animals 247, it's unique. The facilities are really old, got geckos in the room. The bathroom had water flow backwards and the bathroom stinks because there's heavy rain. Luckily staff comes over to clean it up.

It was a fantastic experience staying at the lodge! Surrounded by wildlife animals every moment! Didn’t expect to hear lion’s roar while resting in the bed! They even provided carrots in room to let us feed the animals from the balcony! Dinning with lion was also exciting, the lions were very active and came close to the guests to interact! The staffs were super friendly they even surprised us with a birthday cake! The room was spacious and well maintained! Everyone was happy staying in the lodge.

動物園住宿經驗很棒，尤其是騎大象前往餐廳的活動。大象被動物園照顧的很好，很值得一遊！

Nice and decent size room, great view, friendly staff and wonderful in room dining service, the breakfast is great, worth every money spent, simply perfect.

The hotel is quite good and children really love it. Riding elephant to eat breakfast is forgetable experience. However, some of the staff from front desk are not so good and unfriendly.

飯店非常好，有小木屋的感覺，小孩很喜歡，落地窗打開就可以看到斑馬、鴕鳥、犀牛，可以餵紅蘿蔔，動物園也規劃的不錯，很多表演可以看，建議要至少住2晚才能好好玩，雖然晚餐沒有很好吃，但其他的都很棒，來之前先買先零食飲料就沒問題了

很適合帶小孩來遊玩的地方，近距離跟動物接觸感覺很棒：Ｄ

- Zoo was the most interesting part - elephant pick up to breakfast was very cool, kids were very happy, however suggest to reserve the time slot earlier - however, the room was quite "raw", many lizard in the room, bathroom was quite old ... - stayed two night, so sad, all the meals have to eat in the same hotel restaurant, so boring, food was so so, the buffet was very bad, not so kids friendly food - no idea why they don't open the outdoor BBQ restaurant - suggest stay one night is enough , if two nights will be very boring of eating ... - they arranged the most far room for us, so actually cannot see the animal from the room, a bit disappointed ...

客房風格有特色,陽台能餵食動物的點子很棒。

對小朋友來說是不錯的地方，窗戶外有斑馬，犀牛等動物但可惜他們不會很靠近，要餵食到的機會其實很小，獅子餐廳很棒，小朋友逛逛動物園，非常開心，飯店在動物園裡，不需要再買門票，帶小孩到巴里島的推薦可安排住ㄧ晚

The room isn't very big but clean and cozy. At night, we slept with soft insects chirping and frogs croaking. How relax and comfortable. The air was fresh without strange smell even we lived in a Safari zoo. We enjoyed the breakfast at Tsavo Lion restaurant because of the tasty food and interesting experience of sitting near by lions even the supplied food wan't various. The staffs are friendly and helpful, we totally felt their enthusiasm.

nice surrounding. room is nice with good view. animals not that many but nice. food is average. but not much to do nearby and it willb e good if the hotel organises some day tours so that visitors van consider staying longer.

餐廳外面的BBQ千萬別吃，30美金一人外加稅金，食物少又難吃，酒類還要另外收費，食物總類全部加起來含飲料約只有十項左右，後面進來的客人包含我們每個臉都很臭離開.... 其餘的都還不賴...

We can be very close to wild animals, dinning with lions, and see animals just out of our room. There are different animal shows which are interesting. The room is comfortable. The only bad thing is that the hotel is far away from town centre.

When I arrived the hotel front desk, the terrible experience started. they coudn't find the booking information from hotels .com. I ask them to help to find the way and see what happened. they just did not do anything. Just said you have to paid for the room. I couldn't find the information of your booking from hotels.com. then, just leave our standing in the lobby without doing anything. I made five international calls to Hotels.com to solve the problems. They were really not nice. Also, everything in the resort were way to expensive. Maybe you can spend half of the price in some where else. 飯店前台服務態度很差，有事情找不到我們的訂房資料就不管我們，要我們自己解決，裡面東西都很貴，騎大象８５美元３０分可以在別的地方騎幾天的大象，獅子餐廳很貴又不好吃東西也少，獅子很少靠近桌邊的，還不如去動物園

CHECK IN 花了兩小時, 櫃檯人員態度極度惡劣, 性價比差

还不错，晚上在泳池看班马，早上在房间看犀牛，餐厅可以看狮子和狮虎兽，这样下来也就差不多了！

很棒的服務，一入園就有專車接送到住房處，沿路就可以看到一些動物，感覺很棒。check-in後有專人介紹環境，由於我們是下午才到動物園，而且隔天又要一早就離開，如果不把握時間有很多園區的活動沒辦法參與。幸好有專人跟我們介紹園區內所有的活動和表演的時間，提醒我們該如何進行才可以玩完所有的活動。園區內的表演真的很棒，遊園車的體驗也很特別，真的可以近距離的看到動物圍在車旁。床很好睡，夜晚也很安靜，情侶在房間外陽台泡茶發呆應該很棒，可惜那天晚上下雨沒辦法在外面。整體來說，是去巴里島可以安排的行程之一，建議可以一早就到園內，玩完後可以在園內住宿休息，隔天享用完早餐休憩後，再離開園區。
