The aircon wasn't working. They tried fixing it but it was not successful. So they just asked us to move to the other room around 2am.

The entire stay was good, all personnel were polite and accommodating, except the check-out experience. The front desk officer was not focus on the transaction, After I surrendered my room card and paid for the extras I charged to my room, she keep me waited for the clearance of my room, then proceed to transact with 2 more other guests and clear all of them while she keep me waiting. Did not attend to me, until I made a follow up. So disappointing, because you will feel unimportant just sitting there waiting for nothing. The experience could have been awesome...overall good.

Awesome service! Room is spacious and smell good. The toilet seat is the one you can find in Japan with seat temperature setting! The pool water was a bit dirty but it was fine. The free massage was good. The breakfast buffet has a lot of Filipino food variety. It is a good place for your instagram boost!

Highly recommended hotel when visiting Vigan. Rated as a 4-star Hotel in web but delivering like a 5-star Hotel. Combination of classic and modern style. Art lover would appreciate the museum in this hotel. Lights in the swimming pool could be better and be fitted with the style of the hotel. Toilet flushes needs attention, Japan system but delivering poor result, could be the water pressure (2nd floor). In general, I see myself coming back to this hotel, also recommended to my family.

Recommended luxury hotel feels on a budget. One block away from calle crisologo. Staffs are all accomodating. Room is a good size and very comfy. The bathroom is great and hi-tech. Breakfast has great variety. Hotel has its own museum and great piece of art. Kudos! We had a great stay. Will be back for sure.

We chose this place for 1... the location. But when we got there, the roads are under construction. Kinda bummer that you cant get the real feel of the historic place. The room looks big on photos but not in person. The bed is awesome. Lights could be brighter, shower and toilet are separated and has no lock. It's kinda inconvenient to move from the toilet to the shower room with other people. It would be fine if checked in alone. There's a lot of power interruption at one point the elevator was not working and we were at the 4th floor. The swimming pool is not kid friendly (4ft). The food is good but not great. The staff are friendly except for this one lady who served us in our brunch. She gave us a different food and was not apologetic about it. But the rest are friendly especially the male staff. Will I stay there again? Maybe but I would like to try the other hotels.

Very nice place. Very friendly staff. Arrived almost midnight but staff were so helpful and accommodating with our requests. Will definitely come back!

Though the weather is not good, the ambience of the hotel made our visit in Vigan super fun. The accessibility to tour sites. Highly recommended.

Top-notch hotel. We liked everything about this hotel, from location to their food. Their service is world-class and they maintained a good balance of modern and old spanish time. If there's anything, their pool hours should be extended but this didn't affect our experience. With their free massage and drinks-We still got our money's worth!
