The staff is so friendly and also the hotel is amazing, and the room is so comfortable.

First of all, I am from Indonesia and really grateful for the service in Rublin Hotel. Big thank you for the staff, it's awesome, the friendliest, and hotel service above and beyond. The room is clean, hot water, and Wi-Fi work very well. The best choice in Cebu City and close to everywhere. My wife and I will be back again and will share with our relatives as well. Smell fresh as it's new,love to stay.

The place is new and smells good. I think they need to improve with customer assistance... and hoping they will have hotel restaurant or good package meal. They granted my request to have an early check in since I am leaving very early on the following day. Somehow am after with cleanliness and room order and they nailed it. They have water and it's awesome.

I admire the minimalist design/style of the room but we chose this hotel because we were looking for one with free breakfast, refrigerator, basic personal amenities (dental kits, bath amenities, etc). We were expecting for the breakfast to arrive in the morning but it's just when we called that we knew they don't offer free breakfast yet. There wasn't any refrigerator and another sad thing is they don't have a trash bin in the room. The room really is good but they lack a lot of amenities they mentioned in the description.

Nice place! my family enjoyed their stay in Rublin. Will definitely go back here soon.
