First of all, I am from Indonesia and really grateful for the service in Rublin Hotel. Big thank you for the staff, it's awesome, the friendliest, and hotel service above and beyond. The room is clean, hot water, and Wi-Fi work very well. The best choice in Cebu City and close to everywhere. My wife and I will be back again and will share with our relatives as well. Thank you once again Rublin Hotel. 5-star genuine service. 🌟

所要のための滞在でしたが、快適でした。スタッフも感じがよいです。
斜め前にジョリビー、近くにドラッグストアが数店舗、ワンブロック先に7-11があり、日中なら女性でも歩いて行かれます。宿泊した部屋は冷蔵庫なしでしたが、冷えた水や飲み物がフロントで購入できるので問題ありませんでした。想定内ですがNHKは映りません。あと、小さいタオルは無いので持参する必要があります。
唯一残念だったのは、夜中に犬の喧嘩がうるさいことですが、これはホテと関係ないので仕方ないですね。

the hotel itself need a major renovation cause its an old type of hotel the ameties like towel no face clothe no coffee in the room the shower is bad the floor is sleepery i would not recommend it for seniors travelers very dangerous breakfast not much choices the coffee is limited staff not bad

It was a decent stay overall, but there were several issues. I requested a twin room in the booking notes because I might have a friend staying with me, but when I arrived they still gave me a single-bed room. There were no toiletries in the room either, so I had to ask for them, and they only gave me one small soap and one shampoo with conditioner even though I was staying for two nights. The lobby had a strange smell, and the air-conditioning in my room wasn’t working. I asked to be moved the next day and that was when they finally gave me the twin room. The area outside the hotel can feel a bit sketchy at night, although it is conveniently close to the city center.

We originally booked this hotel for 7 days but unfortunately could not stay more than one night. The first room we were given had visible mold, so we asked to change. The second room was not much better — it smelled musty, the air conditioner was very noisy, the shower head was broken, and the bed had stains. The internet kept cutting off, and the TV did not have Netflix or YouTube.
On the positive side, the staff were friendly, but not enough to make up for the poor condition of the rooms and lack of proper customer service. Overall, the cleanliness and maintenance were very disappointing. We ended up checking out after just one night, even though we had already paid for a full week. A very sad and frustrating experience.

Unique about the area was lots of street vendors, dogs on the street, dirty environments, breakfast terrible, serve 1 sachet instant coffee, no ice , no microwave, no hair dryer then found out later its upon request, just not recommended for tourists

The room was in terrible condition—dirty, the safe didn't work, and the cardholder was broken. There was barely any lighting, and the only tiny window faced a wall, making it feel like a basement room. There was no fridge, no water pressure in the sink, and to make matters worse, the room was infested with ants and some cockroaches.
