The room is not sound proof. For an executive suite it was sleepless nights. At 3am You can hear people laughing. Talking. Chatting on the phone. Even rolling of luggage. The door is paper thin from the hallway. The room may have always been cleaned but for what lack of sleep? What a horrible horrible room.

While we did have the standard room only, it was pretty bare. No fridge, no safe and only 1 chair for the whole room?! I mean it's an ok room. But the price isn't justifying it.

The room is okay, the facilities were okay too, but I choose the room with breakfast but they did not inform us that the breakfast time is until 10am only and we need to get the coupon in the front desk. In the end we didn't eat breakfast in that day. Maypag katong room nalang nga walay breakfast akong ge pili nka save pako. 😐

It’s comfortable. The breakfast is good if you eat at Kuya J’s. If it’s in the 4th floor, you might encounter some problems first. Location is near the malls and a chapel.

the room looked exactly like the pictures :) Also good security! they offer free buffet breakfast which has various selection😊. our stay was definitely awesome. will definitely comeback

The Comfort Room has an awful smell. It took 30 minutes for the reception to provide us the requested utensils/plate.

I had a pleasant staying here for at least one night. The staff are friendly and the room is just nice.

One thing that concerns me is it says here when I chose a bedroom that our room have a 1 double bed and 1 single bed but when we arrived the room has 1 double bed only 🤦🏻‍♀️ The staff at the lobby told us that our breakfast will be at Kuya J from 7-10am but we ended up eating at the 4th floor but fortunately it was a buffet type...but still

The hotel is good, the room is good and the food is good also.. but one thing na napansin ko is medjo kulang po sila sa customer service.,even if they see you already standing in front of them, they won’t initiate to ask you if how they can help you.. I remember when i checked in there, may naka una sa akin na babae na nag checheck in din, tapos ako nakatayo lang sa tabi nung customer, pagkatapos magtransact nung isang customer, yung receptionist may ginagawa sa computer, I dont know what she was doing, I was standing in front of her and waiting for her to asked me.,pero wala siyang sinabi na kahit “ma’am sandali lang po huh?” maiintindihan ko naman kung may tinatapos siya saglit. Ako na mismo yung nagsabi na magchecheck in ako, saka niya pa kinuha yung ID and information ko. It was late at night na ako naka checked in kaya medjo antok at pagud na rin ako that time kaya medjo nainis din ako how they accomodate their customer. I hope the hotel could improve their employees customer service especially in the front desk, but overall. I am satisfied with the what the hotel can offer to their customer. 😊

The hotel’s staff were friendly and accommodating. However, they lack some hotel facilities like, bedroom slippers. They do not also have a personal hotel restaurant. Their only restaurant was a fastfood resto which does not even serve fast food as you have to wait really long for your food. They cannot accommodate all the customers and I had to go to the cashier personally to pay my bill as no waiter was available to serve me. Also, the hotel does not have a medicine kit. I asked the front desk if I could ask someone to buy medicine for me as I had a splitting headache and the place was not familiar to me as it was my first time there but receptionist said they are under-staff and no one can get it for me. All in all, my stay was really unsatisfying.

Super awesome, I stayed several times in this hotel located at heart of the city of CDO. Room was so clean and big. I always booked the Executive room when I am staying there at 9F or 8F fronting Pelaez Sport Complex where you can do jogging and walking early in the morning. Then at the ground floor there is a Kuya J restaurant. The food is superb. There are fast food chain nearby at the hotel like chowking, jollibee just a walking distance right from the hotel. Super great hotel.

We stayed in new dawn because our company’s Christmas party was held in there function room. Their service in their function room was horrible. Please don't book your events there. But their rooms were clean and spacious. Very nice. Breakfast has little selection but good. I suggest you eat in Kuya J restaurant beside the hotel. Not in the hotel proper. Location is good. Right in the middle of city

It was okay. We had to changed rooms cos the aircon in our room was leaking and flooded half of the room. But the reception was quick to respond and transferred us instantly.

Great place. You get your money’s worth and even more. Great room. Good bed. Cool aircon. No free slippers though except if you’re booked in the superior room. And the drainage in the shower is a bit clogged. The room we booked is the one with breakfast. We had our buffet breakfast at Kuya J’s located at the ground floor of the hotel. Great filipino food. Though limited, nevertheless, it is buffet. The location of the hotel is strategic. It’s easy to hail a cab, jeep, and even tricycles.
