Everything is good, but the space for 2 people seems to be so small. There is no place to put the baggage in the room.

The check in and check out is a self-service counter. Very easy to understand. Room is ready in no time, every day the staff cleans it and refill what to be refill. The area is very close to every where: place to eat, place to hang out, place to shop.

This hotel is well recommended, I love the view from my bed, especially at night. The service is very good. Near from CBD, good ambiance, good facilities, the room and hotel are very clean.

Will come back here once I visit melbourne next time!

The room is quite enough for daily-traveling, but not quite large for staycation. The facilities like TV, aircon, blanket, and towels are very good, and the daily housekeeping also does a tidy job.

Vị trí tốt, gần ga FREE TRAM ZONE nên đi trong thành phố rất tiện lợi. Phòng nhỏ, phải lên lầu 2 để check-in phòng tự động bằng máy rất tiện lợi và nhanh chóng, ở 7 ngày chỉ được 2 bịch sữa tươi vào ngày đầu tiên, các ngày còn lại chỉ refill bịch cà phê và trà, tới ngày thứ 5 thì nhân viên dọn dẹp không refill nữa.

Nice hotel with a nice location. I only had a slight issue with the check-in. They could not recognize my booking at the beginning; however, after double-checking and waiting, I sorted out the check-in.

Over all good, but for refund deposit it take time so long. Almost more than 10 days after check in, but the refund for deposit stil not settle. Meanwhile they promised to us is only 2-3 working days. Please refund our deposit as soon as possible.

Stay 6 nights for bussines trip. All great except the wifi wasn't strong enough for Zoom meeting. Lose connection so many times.

Tempatnya bareng Novotel. Cuma beda lift aja. Tempat check-in dan check-out nya juga bareng. Kalau dateng sebelum waktu check-in (jam 3 sore) bisa titip koper. Nanti dikasih kartu untuk ambil kopernya saat check-in. Ada deposit $100 (bisa pake uang tunai) yang akan direfund saat check-out. Lobby nya ada di lantai 2. Bersih banget dan kamar mandinya juga bersih. Kamar yang untuk 4 orang luas. Ada kulkas kecil, setrika + meja setrika, safety box, hairdryer dan pemanas air. Ada teh, kopi dan gula. Untuk air minum bisa dari tap water. Sampo dan sabun mandi ada. Handuk juga tersedia. Free wifi di kamar. TV juga ada. Sayangnya gak ada microwave. Sendal kamar dan sikat gigi gak dikasih. Jadi jangan lupa bawa sendiri.
