This hotel is well recommended, I love the view from my bed, especially at night. The service is very good. Near from CBD, good ambiance, good facilities, the room and hotel are very clean.

All generally good. Room was clean, decent sized and staff friendly. Position of mirror on the wall with a deep bathroom counter made it almost impossible to use though. Could have been designed better.

Great hotel and very convenient to Hardware Lane restaurants. Close to Melb Central shopping and station. Very quiet and the staff were all very helpful, thank you!

The smallest room we have ever seen. No laundry facilities. Not even enough toilet paper. Dirty coffee mugs not replaced.Room would be ideal for a child under 10.

5日連泊しましたが、シーツに小さな血痕がいくつかあるなと思っていました。 2mm位の黒いゴミのようなものも見かけましたがあまり気にしないようにしていました。チェックアウトの早朝にその小さな黒いゴミはまさかノミのようなものではないかとティッシュで潰してみたところ、血がシーツにへばりつくました。まさかホテルの上層階でと思ってていましたが、夜中の体の痒みはこの小さな虫が原因だったのだと確信しました。チェックアウトの朝は早朝のフライトで急いでいたこともあり、ホテルには何も言えませんでした。帰国後ネットで調べたところ、メルボルンだけでなく世界中のホテルでダニが繁殖していることを知りました。ホテルはカーペット敷が多くダニが繁殖しやすい環境のようです。ダニを見かけた場合、部屋の変更をお願いすることをお勧めします。その他のホテル側の対応や、朝食、衛生面などはとても良かったです。又、初めてのメルボルン観光としては立地も良く、アクティブに主要な見どころは全て網羅出来ました。チェックアウトが早朝だったため前日にタクシーの手配を頼んだが、来ませんでした。フロントには
