This hotel is well recommended, I love the view from my bed, especially at night. The service is very good. Near from CBD, good ambiance, good facilities, the room and hotel are very clean.

Like the other says, it was a compact but comfortable room hotel. Perfect location as it is close to almost everything in central, you can get to most places in free trams, several good cafes and restaurants just around the corner. Almost perfect, however disappointing customer service. Guess it depends on individual, but 1 or 2 particular permanent front desk showed unwillingness to help, overall still good, just need to improve front desk service. It also would be great if the amenities added in microwave oven/shared kitchen for use of guests, hand towel, room slippers.

The hotel is so clean and convenient for tourist to reach any place around melbourne CBD such as: China Town, Queen Victoria market, shopping Halls, Woolworth. Surely I will choose this hotel if I visit Australia again. My daughter also likes it.

Lovely hotel with easy access to trams etc. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant which was excellent and dinner looked very reasonable. Rooms where very clean however the feature of having the bathroom sink in the room was very inconvenient at times as two friends travelling together if one was still asleep the other couldn’t use the sink until the other one was awake which was a nuisance at times. Would I stay again yes however not with a friend due to the sink being in the bedroom.

I had two issues with the breakfast restaurant. First, the waiter cleared the previous guest's dishes and set the table without wiping it down, so when I asked her to wipe it down, she yelled at me, "Wait five minutes!" Second, there was a window seat available, so I asked for it, but the receptionist told me it was reserved. Since this restaurant doesn't accept breakfast table reservations, I asked him why, and he told me the hotel manager had reserved the seat for himself. Who are the customers.

We wanted an early check in .. third was arranged for and extra 20 dollars which we were happy to pay. The staff were very friendly and the apartment was clean tidy and the housekeeping staff were great too.
