Would highly recommend...Best location, easy access to Melbourne Centre train station, Restaurants, Shopping. Whilst valet parking was expensive it was done wonderfully. Hassle free on arrival and on check out my bags were put into my vehicle and when picking up my car later that day I was welcomed with a chocolate and water.

Good for the most part but bathroom cleanliness was a little lacking

We had a fantastic stay at the Ibis Central Melbourne! The service was excellent throughout. The hotel cleaning was fantastic, and it was a real treat to return from a long day to a freshly made bed. We were also able to leave our luggage with the concierge for free, which was a huge help since we had a late flight back home. The location of the hotel was fantastic—it was right in the heart of Melbourne and close to the trams. We tried the breakfast, but it wasn’t really our cup of tea, so we decided to have breakfast at one of the restaurants nearby. The Golden Mug, which is located outside the hotel, was amazing. You can also order room service from there on Sundays! One thing I did notice is that the hotel windows could use a good wash. Overall, it was a perfect hotel with great facilities and exceptional service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone traveling for short or long durations.

We were happy with the hotel but our stay was marred by the disappearance of a pair of pyjamas.

It’s our second time staying in this hotel. Very good location and easy. Love their breakfast buffet. Will definitely come again.

At no point when I booked did I think the bed would be shorter than a standard length double bed. Not great for someone who is 6ft3 for a 4 night stay which was ridiculously priced for basically a tent space. Be careful when placing your booking. Have stayed many places in Melbourne city and this was the worst.

Clean and nice room but some lack of amenities. No toothbrush.
