Service of the hotel was excellent and very courteous. However the main shower head in our bedroom was broken, the other detachable head worked however. The aircon control unit went into maintenance mode and air circulation stopped, and after a few fiddling managed to reset it back to normal operation. From this, given the hotel is rated 5 stars, there shouldn't be a problem at all in any room to begin with. A high quality hotel such as Chadstone should have staff check everything is operational before the next guest comes in. Given our short stay and level of how much was unpacked, it would have been more bothersome to get service in and then also reallocate to another room.

Hotelnya baru, strategis, bersebelahan dengan Chadstone mall, yg merupakan mall terbesar di Melbourne. Dekat dengan bus stop untuk memudahkan kalau mau ke city. Highly recommended hotel.
