We absolutely love this property. This was our third stay and second stay with our pup. The staff is always very welcoming and go above and beyond every time. The rooms are spacious and always spotless. The hotel is quiet and close enough to walk to a few restaurants and shops. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom and shower are quite spacious also. We appreciate the breakfast each morning and coffee is always hot and ready in the lobby all day. They have complimentary car chargers too which is a nice touch. We love this property and it will always be our first choice when we come to Penticton. Thank you again for another great stay. This Fairfield Inn had friendly staff, a stylish comfortable room, a microwave and mini fridge, bed was firm and cozy, Breakfast had so many options for a healthy breakfast and the location makes it very convenient to downtown shopping. This is our 2nd visit to Penticton and the Fairfield Inn !!

Clean, Modern and convenient location

Staff weren’t helpful, seemed to be under staffed when you called for something they asked for you to go down to get it. Breakfast was always running out of food or not replenished if you didn’t get there right at 6:30am

Everything was great, very clean, good breakfast. Very quiet.

I liked absolutely everything about this hotel. The place was clean, cool and quiet. I felt like we were entirely in seclusion from the other hotel guests. The bed was the most comfortable bed that I have ever slept on! The bathroom and the extra large shower were great. This was no doubt the nicest hotel that I have ever stayed at!

I think it’s a new decorated hotel. Staff are warm and friendly. Parking is easy. The only not good thing is Breakfast. Few meals and quantity cause wait at the peak of breakfast.

Where travelling with 2 small dogs placed us in good location for taking them in and out. Floor was laminate so easy clean up of any spills. Breakfast was good and nice big area. Will be back again to this location

My family and I have stayed at Fairfield by Marriott many times in different cities during our travels and have always been very satisfied. Unfortunately, our recent stay at the Penticton location was terrible and completely unacceptable. The check-in process was significantly slower than at other locations. The most serious issue occurred when I was at the swimming pool. A male guest entered our room using a key card while my daughter and mother were taking a shower. When I returned, my key card no longer worked. My daughter then told me what had happened, and I immediately went to the front desk. We were told that the guest had “taken the wrong key himself.” This explanation is unacceptable. If the front desk did not give him the key to our room, how did he obtain it? This incident left us feeling unsafe and extremely disappointed. We expected much better security and service from Fairfield by Marriott.

Rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Unfortunately they can't seem to get their billing correct. I'm being over charged at this point with multiple debits and credits on my card.... none of which match any part of their billing. I'm still hopeful they will sort it out but I won't hold my breathe. An otherwise nice stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the location was convenient. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
