The stay was good. Bed chesterfield not good. Mattress is too weak you could feel the springs coming through while sleeping

Room was awesome!, 2 TV’s ,very modern and clean. .Staff were great as expected. The buffet breakfast was complimentary and had great options. Parking was totally free which was great. We really enjoyed our stay there.

It is a hotel with not a lot of character HOWEVER I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were roomy. The beds were SOOOOO comfortable. Staff helpful. The gym had everything you needed. The breakfast was good - had something for everyone. One of us is gluten free and one dairy free and there were lots of options. Oh and the bath products were lovely as well.

Standard Fairfield property- clean, good service-decent breakfast, but no restaurant.

We have been staying here for about five years now. Hotel allow us to check in a few hours early which was nice. Front desk staff is always very courteous and easy to deal with. We usually book the king size suite. Beds are very comfortable with a nice shower and good climate control in the room. Hotel is a few years old now, and is beginning to show a little bit of wear in the rooms. All in all though, a nice day and will stay there again. You need to be careful when booking rooms online through third-party vendors as the price is fluctuate wildly, sometimes from day-to-day. They can go up, they can go down.

From the very start, I had a good feeling about this hotel. The front desk staff greeted me warmly at check-in and on my 2 other days there. Although they were still learning and adjusting to a new system, they were kind, patient, and answered all of my questions. My room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. It may not have been quite as soft as I personally prefer, but I still slept well all three nights of my stay. I also appreciated having a coffee maker, microwave, and mini fridge in the room. I made good use of them. Ice machine on all the floors. I made use of the hair dryer, iron, and ironing board as well, which was convenient. The hotel was very quiet during my stay — no kids running up and down the hallways or loud guests late at night. Maybe I just lucked out, but it made for a very relaxing experience. I also used the pool and hot tub, both of which were very clean, and towels were conveniently provided in the pool area. I had the complimentary breakfast on two mornings. It’s not gourmet, but it was more than adequate, with eggs, bacon, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, and good coffee. I honestly have no complaints whatsoever. Lots of parking as well. I come to the area once or twice a year, and I will absolutely stay here again. I was very pleased with my experience and recommend it.

Really good continental breakfast, comfy beds, and the rooms are nice and spacious. My girl loves the pool and seems like a very family oriented hotel which is nice. Our go to hotel when staying in penticton

Great location, clean new hotel

Nice simple breakfast buffet available each morning. The hotel is nice and new with clean rooms and plenty of amenities and centrally located.

The breakfast offered was very good. The rooms were clean and spacious and the staff was friendly and professional. Will definitely stay there again.
