酒店舒适，员工热情周到，房间宽敞干净，游泳池很大，环境舒适，适合儿童入住，设施齐全。

房间里的设施极其简陋。这不是套房，只是个普通的酒店房间，仅此而已。床不是特大号的，只有一张140/200毫米的床，而不是一个小冰箱。只有一个钢锅，仅此而已。连长饮杯都没有，只有茶杯和两个咖啡杯。隔壁的餐厅下午5点左右就关门了☝️🤦🏻‍♂️，所以如果你晚到的话，那就只能自认倒霉了。

入住体验很棒，离活动场所很近，房间也很棒。

我在这家酒店的住宿体验非常出色。从房间望去，城市景观美不胜收。一切都经过精心布置——干净、安静、赏心悦目。工作人员热情周到，营造出一种尊重和真诚关怀的感觉。酒店设施一应俱全：咖啡馆、寿司吧和一家小型便利店。我衷心祝愿这家酒店继续发展，保持高水准的服务，并保持尊贵舒适的氛围。

工作人员很友好，酒店氛围和内部装潢都很棒，房间宽敞，各种便利设施一应俱全。对我来说，这很罕见，酒店还配备了洗衣机和微波炉。我对这次住宿非常满意。推荐在家度假或商务旅行！

开车去的，停车场太糟糕了，出入口狭窄，而且很臭，就像建在垃圾填埋场附近的酒店一样。后来入住需要200令吉押金。我叫了Grab叫晚餐，结果Grab停在了警卫区，我问行李员是否需要使用其他公寓的电梯，结果需要其他密码，我的天哪，太糟糕了，所以晚餐改成了Maggie。我买了30令吉左右的早餐，但只能点一份主餐。我的天哪，质量和份量都太差了，我非常失望。以后再也不会订这种类型的住宿了。

对于我们这次商务旅行来说，这次住宿体验非常棒。房间环境和设施都很棒。可惜我们没有足够的时间体验这里所有的设施。下次一定会再来。这是我第五次入住这家酒店了。

总体来说非常舒适和干净。

kamar nyaman sekali, spot foto banyak dan fasilitas oke semua. hotel paling best di KL. hanya jarak ke bukit bintang agak jauh saja tp tidak jadi masalah yg berarti.

We enjoyed our stay here. Good ambiance, hygiene, dan space. The only negative experience is that at least 2 of the power points are not working in our unit.

This is the most nice hotel, except for sound proof ability.

Navigation is misleading plus parking is not well informed. Front Desk staffs is friendly and helpful.

This is an amazing hotel for sure. They give a fully furnished room complete with a kitchen set and washing machine. We booked a Comfy 2-bed room, and it is nice and clean. The air conditioning position is a bit flowing to the head, though, but can be handled. They have plenty of facilities, 2 pools, and a Jacuzzi pool. Breakfast is handled by a nearby cafe, and it is delicious, but it is a la carte. The only minor issue is the location, as it is not in Central KL, and most of the time, you need to use a taxi or Grab.

Sudah free snack, ada mesin cuci, semua lengkap. Bersih dan harum. Fasilitas 3 pool. Semua bangunan mewah dan elegan.

It was an okay experience. I expected place will be cleaner. Sofa was stained and it looked dirty to be honest. Shower bar was broken but at least it was still working. Great customer service at the lobby you can leave your luggages after check out. Will I go back here again? Probably not.
